:ITA: ROUND7 nasce nell’estate del 2009 con l’idea di proporsi come hardcore band, ispirata principalmente alla vecchia scuola NYHC. Dopo alcuni cambi di line-up nel 2012 viene alla luce il primo disco dal titolo “Dedicated To New York Hardcore”, registrato presso i Gipsy Studios di Verona. Assieme al disco, nel luglio 2012, esce il primo videoclip ufficiale “Society”. Pur arrivando tutti da esperienze e generi musicali a volte diversi tra loro questo album vuole rappresentare l’influenza che la scena hardcore d’oltre oceano ha avuto sui componenti della band. Il 30 novembre 2013 esce un EP dal titolo ”United Kids“ contenente due brani inediti che aprono la strada al nuovo full-length “No Excuse” pubblicato nel Maggio del 2015 dall’ etichetta discografica INDELIRIUM RECORDS (SLANDER, DAMN CITY, STRANGE FEAR, STRAIGHT OPPOSITION etc…). Prosegue così la crescita della band soprattutto grazie a numerosi live assieme a band di tutto il panorama hardcore italiano quali RAW POWER, INDIGESTI, MUD, DAMNCITY, FACE YOURE ENEMIES, STRAIGHT OPPOSITION, DEVOTION, STRANGE CORNER e tanti altri; in questo periodo la band ha inoltre occasione di condividere il palco con band internazionali di spicco tra cui PRO-PAIN, MADBALL, LASH DOWN, BROTHERS IN ARMS. Nel settembre del 2016 altro cambio di formazione con l’entrata nella band del batterista Fabio Ferrari (ex batterista della leggendaria band italiana Raw Power) e con l’aggiunta di una seconda chitarra in line-up, Maurizio Saturnia (ex chitarrista della band metal italiana Riul Doamnei). Attualmente la band si sta muovendo nella scena live per promuovere la nuova formazione, e sta lavorando al futuro album che sarà registrato nel 2017. ----------------------------------------- :ENG: ROUND7 was established in 2009 in the north of Italy, inspired mostly by the old school New York Hardcore scene. In 2012, after a few line-up changes the band releases its first full-length album “Dedicated To New York Hardcore” recorded at Gipsy Studios in Verona, and the first official video-clip of the single “Society”. With this first work these guys wanted to represent the crucial influence that the New York Hardcore scene had on them, although they come from different experiences and genres. in November 2013 the band release an EP ”United Kids“ featuring 2 new songs that opens up the way to the following full-length album “No Excuse” which is then distributed in 2015 by the independent Italian label INDELIRIUM RECORDS (SLANDER, DAMN CITY, STRANGE FEAR, STRAIGHT OPPOSITION etc…). The band starts its rise playing a lot of live shows in the Italian scene along with band like RAW POWER, INDIGESTI, MUD, DAMNCITY, FACE YOURE ENEMIES, STRAIGHT OPPOSITION, DEVOTION, STRANGE CORNER and many more; in that period the guys share the stage with some big bands also like PRO-PAIN, MADBALL, LASH DOWN, BROTHERS IN ARMS. In September 2016 the line-up has its last changes adding a second guitar player (Mauri – former Riul Doamnei) and a new kickin’ drummer (Pane – former Raw Power). The band is now touring and composing new songs for their upcoming album in 2017. We are an italian old school hardcore band!
