O.N.E The Duo Biography
O.N.E the Duo, composed of Tekitha and Prana Supreme, daughter of hip hop legend and Wu-Tang Clan founder RZA, is a captivating mother-daughter country music duo. Their philosophy for life and music is encapsulated in the acronym O.N.E, representing "observant, noetic, effervescent." Their music is a harmonious fusion of country, hip hop, soul, R&B, and jazz that defies traditional genre limitations and represents their multicultural upbringing.
They moved to Nashville in 2016, and their sound gradually morphed into an Americana folky vibe that organically led them into the country music landscape. Collaborating with esteemed songwriters, they crafted heartfelt songs that bridge generations and experiences. They see themselves as catalysts for change in the industry, honoring its legacy while embracing future possibilities.
The Duo’s debut album, Blood Harmony (out Aug. 11), captures the pair’s love of storytelling—the connective tissue between their hip hop roots and country music.
