Sugarshack Downtown

They always play their hearts out, have such a great range of music and fabulous energy. Absolutely love the addition of the keyboardist and new bass player. All five members are so incredibly talented. It's going to be fun to watch them find success!

So much f'n FUN! M&Z killed it. Ans Sweendog was awesome, too!

Winners of battle of the bands !

PERFECTION

Todd and his exceptional band put on a show at Sugarshack that was incredible. The energy at the venue from start to finish was contagious with the packed house singing and dancing to the 3 hour show. The band did not take a break from start to finish which is exactly why the energy stayed high for the entire show. Several standing ovations were given in appreciation to Todd, drummer Rodney and bass player Justin. Great background vocals provided by Ron. Wonderful night at the shack! Bonita was rocking…

So great to see you dear friend! Fun night. Thank you!

I thought they were pretty good but before my wife and I went to the show I did a little research and the band described themselves as a rock band. I would not describe them as such. I would say they lean closer to a contemporary country band

JP source is a masterful guitar player. His shows always delight and he plays a wide variety of material. His rhythm section is spot on and well utilized. The sugar shack was a lovely venue. The food and service were both well worth it. I look forward to seeing him there again toward the end of November.

The Sugarshack is amazing in its own right. Over the past 2 years the real Dave Matthews and his outspoken support for Gaza and anti-Israeli statements and posters have made it difficult for Jewish people and Jewish allies to attend his shows and most have been boycotting. There is nothing political at the Dave Matthews Tribute Band shows, just excellent music, really excellent music. So thank you to the DMTB and all the venues that brought their show on the 2025 tour!

Did not actually attend in person watched it by live stream and Claudia Hoyser and Ryan Hurley put on a great show as I expected. Was very impressed by Sugar Shack’s livestream set up.
