FIVE

Mars Volta remain one of the most captivating and exciting bands this century. There are these lulls of a sort, where the band repeats a musical phrase ad nauseum, before eventually breaking through it and exploding out of the other end. These can have mixed results. From time to time, they are a cathartic release and at others, you grow so bored by the incessant droning in awkward time signatures that you are only glad it is over. Still, I had a blast overall and the experience was one I would like to repeat again at some point.

Genuinely the best concert I’ve ever been to. The band is so talented and just great people in general. The fans are also great—I was gifted a vip pass by a random group of people since they had an extra one and that made the experience even better. I hope this band never disbands or stops touring because they will go down in history for sure.

10/10 great time! Love both these bands to the fullest, and they still don’t fail to deliver seeing them live. Every time.

Sound was incredible. Sold out show and not only was the crowd absolute chaos and energy everyone did such a good job looking out for each other making friends and being kind! Such a heavy show with nothing but kind people around you. Gonna see about 3 people on the “Florida Man” news line for riding inflatable gators at the wage war show 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Vocals needed a boost in the mix, was still awesome though. Got to talk to them for a bit after the set.

Audio got better with each band, assuming the bands staff handles that. Was an awesome time

It was a blessing of a show. Incredible performance from all members. Just pick one to watch the whole show and you’ll be entertained. I can’t get enough of Foxy Shazam. Such an amazing band

The band was great! However, the ticket company, TicketWeb, did not notify that the location changed from FIVE (which was not open) to DECCA. We luckily ran into two other concert goers who got an email.

The show was at Decca Live and the band and venue were awesome! Loved every minute.
