De La Luz Soundstage
De La Luz Soundstage is a vibrant performing arts venue, located in the former Gateway City Arts complex (also known as Race Street Live). Developed in partnership with Lighthouse Holyoke, a nonprofit educational organization, De La Luz incorporates two stages, a cafe, and a Production Academy for youth. The venue presents touring artists from around the globe, often coupled with culturally relevant culinary pop-ups.
The Production Academy offers a hands-on vocational track where youth learn technical production skills such as sound engineering, lighting design, and video production; as well as a cohort based program where students work alongside professionals throughout the entire lifecycle of promoting a concert - from talent buying, budgeting and marketing, through execution on day of show.

A companion and I had a very insightful evening enjoying the One Guitar Woman Show with Sue Foley. This was the second time for me seeing the show and it was great hearing the in-depth stories of those female guitar pioneers. It was the first time seeing Sue in person for my companion and he, being a music junkie himself, was very impressed. The stage view was fantastic and Sue did not disappoint. Great show!
