Start to finish great gig. Exorcism we amazing and will definitely catching them again. Nailbomb..........nailed it. And soulfly on form.

Really love this band. Massively underrated, excellent gig, great songs and guitar work, and don’t forget the keyboards (happy birthday Jake Abernathie)! Needs a slightly bigger venue guys! But the Academy 2 is superb. Great sound!

The band played a brilliant set at Manchester Academy on Thursday. They played songs off their new album as well as some old favourites.

I love the artist skynd they are brilliant 5 * and i look forward to seeing them again when they next tour in the UK I went to both UK shows manchester and London the Academy 2 Manchester could do better and as a venue would only score 3 or less stars but The Electric Ballroom Camden London was a much better venue with better facilities and score a 5*+ as a venue in comparison and even though a larger capacity felt a more engaged intimate experience where I enjoyed the night more

I Travelled to Manchester from Leeds on my birthday and put myself up in a hotel. I saw Evergrey at Bloodstock in 2024 so I knew they were good live. I've been listening to Katatonia for over 20 years but had never seen them live. Have to say, they are one of the better bands that I have ever seen live. The energy on stage and the sound was just phenomenal! They treat me to a few of my favourites too in 'Leaders' , 'Soil's Song' and 'July' as well as some of the newer stuff which is really innovative. Fantastic!

Very good band. The venue is one of best. Club Academy. Not so "corporate" Academy, like #1, friendly staff, helpful. The only downside, the bargirl wouldn't give me her phone number! Can't think why? Maybe just me? Erm, probably 😳

Best live band around, they never disappoint and just seem to be improving all the time, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the venue which was really good and a friendly atmosphere created by staff and audience. As usual a few idiots but didn’t take anything away from the show, which was brilliant!

was really really good, only issue I had was to do with the venue with the bar quickly running out of drinks. pit was decent (when is a pit not decent) and the show itself was really really good.
