Brian Simpson is absolutely incredible! He delivered a breathtaking two-hour performance and the young local musicians who accompanied him played with a passion and energy as if they had been by his side since day one. That saxophonist soared through every note like a refreshing summer breeze, hitting flawless high notes that left the audience in awe. Brian's mastery of the keyboard was truly inspiring, his fingers dancing across the keys with a fierce passion, building a crescendo of emotion that swept the crowd up in its intensity. It was exhilarating to see him perform in his own space, unencumbered by time constraints, allowing his music to flow freely and giving us a truly unforgettable experience. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if he had played his exquisite love song, 'Never without you,' but even without it, the performance was a testament to his genius. I felt grateful for the incredible music he shared with us, including a sneak peek at some of the tracks from his upcoming CD, and I left feeling uplifted and blessed to have seen him performed. A God answered prayer.
What a great show! Brian and the band were amazing! This was our first time at Perfect Note and we were not disappointed. The ambiance, performance, food and service were all 5 stars, especially our server Terri!!!! We’lll definitely add to our list of jazz hangouts!
BK Jackson was phenomenal, he is definitely a showman, very charismatic, humble, engaging. He puts on a great show, I really enjoyed his show. Now as for the venue a lot to be desired, the venue itself is fine, however, the wait times for drinks and food are a huge issue. Please hire some additional waiters and waitresses, you are stretching your people to thin, they were very professional an as accommodating as they could be given the situation they were put in. We wanted to order a bottle of wine, every wine we selected they did not have so we asked can you please tell us what you do have (why are wines on your menu if you don't have them to offer to your customers), after going thru that the wine didn't come until 30 minutes later, we ordered food which also did not come until 45 to 50 minutes later, we asked for water once again received 30 minutes later. We wanted to order an appetizer and was told it was not ready they just started preparing it. At the end of the night we asked for the bill and asked if he could split the wine since we purchased a bottle and wanted to split the cost, the waiter was not able to do that (which is mind boggling to me) however it took 20 to 30 minutes for us to get the bill and pay purely because you don't have several POS systems in place so that your staff can take care of their customers. This is no reflection on the wait staff they were doing the best they could. I think you have a good thing here if you make some much needed adjustments, the venue is nice, the music was great, the food was good, and the wait staff were great, but wait times for anything has to be corrected. I would hate to see this business go under due to poor management an not providing your customers with excellent service, I would love to come back, but definitely not under the conditions I experienced on Friday. I hope this helps, this is not meant to hurt you but hopefully help you so you can keep your doors open. All in all I still had a great time.
This show was unbelievable! Adam and the entire band had us groovin all night. Plus our treat was an amazing performance by his wife Kat Hawley-beautiful and talented!
Great high energy show, with excellent side musicians, only marred by the bad sound. His guest vocalists was muffled, the drums overwhelmed the room, and the keyboardist was inaudible.
