What fans are saying
I just left a review of their Thursday night show so that can suffice for my main points. The Friday show was equally fantastic. I really liked them playing "Wandering Star," which is the first I heard them play it in my 6 times seeing them. Bravo!
What I really liked was my ability to speak with the individual band members before and after the show. Zou Zou and I had a great conversation about different things. Brianna and I also had a great conversation (she is a hoot!), and guitarists Scott and Mike were super down to earth. I have seen Soraia 6 times now and each time it gets easier to speak with the band members up close and personal. I suppose that's only natural.
It is very important for band members to interact with fans at these shows. It provides a sense of belonging. To be a super fan you really need that extra touch of approachability from a band. It takes a lot of energy to maintain a level of "super fan excitement," and the bands really help to maintain that when they interact. We sometimes travel great distances to see our heroes, so it is always gratifying when they make time for us and make us feel welcome.
Rock on Soraia, you guys are awesome!
