The O2

so SO fun, except for the fact that 40% of the population that were seated were little kids aged like 3-13, and another 40% were their parents. one guy even had the audacity to tell me to sit down because his 5-year-old couldn't see? of course i said no, but then it also pissed me off when the girls were telling everyone to jump and NO ONE in my section was jumping (bar me of course). a few 7-8 year-olds stood up but no one jumped. i felt embarrassed that that was the reputation o2 london gave to the group. so if you're going i recommend going to the pit, were under 16s AREN'T allowed. i was about to get tickets for standing but OF COURSE they sold out as soon as i was about to buy them. but point is, it was very fun, but i HIGHLY recommend going standing.

It’s the fourth time that I have seen Ariana. I came to see her from France because I’m such a big fan. Ariana is not just a good performer. She’s making magic with her voice, everything was breathtaking and magical. You can truly feel she’s happy to be on stage. I’ve been to the dangerous woman tour The Sweetener World tour, and I can say the Eternal Sunshine tour is the best, with a great atmosphere and storytelling. She’s truly wonderful. The only thing that I would say is that the speakers were often hiding the screen, but everything was perfect. 🌸

Literally on stage for just one hour! We also couldn’t see most of the time at O2 as people in front stood up the whole way and the side screens were so small we still couldn’t see! She sounded good but could have just listened to the album rather than spend all that money for one hour of Lily, very disappointing. Lots of people also leaving early which was distracting, think they were fed up too! Think this was better suited to smaller venues, don’t think it worked at O2 - stil love Lily though and the amazing album, Love & Light ❤️

Wolf Alice were fantastic last night. My wife got into it, despite only hearing a few songs. I had only listened to a couple of songs from the new album. Ellie apparently fell, I was too far away to notice, but she said "I fully stacked it, didn't do that in rehearsal!". She was often hilarious. I've never been to a concert at the O2. They can do a lot of cool stuff with the stage. I wish much louder bands showed up there like METZ or IDLES, could cause some mosh pits and thousands of people to jump. It was mostly full, and the max capacity is 20K. Sunflower Bean and Brie Salmena (props to the pregnant guitarist!) were the supporting acts, and now I'll have to check out Sunlight Beam. Their new album apparently is critically acclaimed. Some of their songs reminded me of the 70s like Black Sabbath.

16 year old daughter came into my room at 5:30pm on Monday evening to say "hypothetically, if I got a Radiohead ticket for tonight, would you take me? By 6:20pm she had a ticket and £350 less in the bank than there was at 6:19pm. But, this show was her entire world. We got the train in Stevenage just before 7pm and were in The O2 by 8pm. She had a great first time as a solo gig goer, made friends with the fellow fans around her and said that the band were great. Don't go if you just want to hear the big hits from 30'ish years ago. This was a set for the deeper fans. They're still sounding as good as back then, so if you're a big fan, see them if you get the opportunity.

What can I say!! Venue: doors open early enough, so it's not a mass pile up trying to get in. Never had to queue more than 1 minute at any gig here on entry. Ample drink stations, with light snacks available. Seating: the top section level 4 is pretty steep, if you have vertigo, I would probably avoid... but once the show starts you will forget all about it. Getting there: driving to o2 is pretty easy from the south or east, anticlockwise on m25 and then straight down a2. Just watch for the last left turnoff to Greenwich... I missed it and had to go through blackwall tunnel and back! Parking is expensive but train tickets would've been the same. Eating: ample restaurants for choice, highly advise booking tables on event days. Benson Boone: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Best performance I have ever seen. For such a young age, he has it all. His voice is incredible and his witty, quirky personality to match. He was born to do this, such a gifted individual.

I really regret giving this show 4 stars. Alanis was great, easily 5 stars for her performance. Unfortunately, on the night, the sound wasn't up to normal O2 standards, which is uncharacteristic for the venue. That's the only reason I've not given 5 stars. Sound aside, Alanis still has that same playful and energetic stage presence from the 90's and despite so many years of fame, she can't help but to come across as humble and grateful to be there performing for everyone. The crowd was diverse, as you'd expect, and loud. Very loud.

So Alice Cooper is in town and he wants you to know it. Alice slashes his way through a giant wanted poster of himself to deliver "Welcome To The Show" and we're on a roller coaster of a ride through "No More Mr Nice Guy", "I'm Eighteen", "Poison" and "Killer/I Love The Dead". No time for "Elected" or a boa constrictor, this is a slimmed down show. Frankenstein walks on and then off. The band are bothered by a female superfan, just before her throat is slashed and her corpse is dragged off. Marie Antoinette (Alice's wife Sheryl's favourite character currently) takes Alice to the guillotine. All of this and more are done at breakneck speed, because there's more to come. The number of times Nita Strauss on guitar flicks her head back to flail her mane of blonde hair, it's amazing she doesn't have whiplash. Two songs from the end of the show, Alice Cooper has lost his head - literally. So this must be his ghost centre stage as Alice Cooper resplendent in an Ozzy Osbourne T-shirt launches into "Paranoid" and who's this? In leather cap and glasses, decked out in highly appropriate rock'n'roll costume, actor/director Johnny Depp joins the band for the Ozzy tribute. No sooner has "Paranoid" closed than Alice declares "One more!" and remarkably there are SEVEN guitarists on stage as the original line up of Alice Cooper (1969-1974) are there together with the 2020s formation. NiN are back with a bang! What a masterclass performance from Trent & Co. Loved this band since the early 90's but it wasn't until the Peel it back tour that I truly appreciated just how good a vocalist Trent is. From softer, emotionally delicate and haunting to controlled growling song by song. Just excellent. No opening act required. Boys Noize joined Trent for a few songs mid set and London was treated to a light and laser spectacle reminiscent of New Years Eve on the Thames. Overall, the show leaned more toward the side of dance than rock, but those in the standing section were moshing hard all the same. Despite a slight technical hitch, the band powered through and after an hour and a half of old and new(er) hits, they left everyone in attendance wondering what on earth they had just witnessed.

Tyler, The Creator absolutely brought the energy to the stage! His engagement with the crowd was electric, and it sounds like he nailed every song, both singing and dancing his heart out. The vinyl selection bit from his "house" sounds like a really creative and personal touch that fans must have loved. It's a real shame that the pervasive phone use detracted from what sounds like an otherwise incredible show. Honestly, the constant recording and selfie-taking create a barrier to genuine immersion. It's a distraction for the artist and, more importantly, it robs fellow concertgoers of the shared, in-the-moment experience. The idea of a phone ban, at least until the final encore, isn't just a suggestion – it feels like a necessary step to reclaim the true essence of live music. Everyone, including the performers, would undoubtedly benefit from a crowd that's fully present and engaged, rather than viewing the night through a lens.

Honestly the best concert I've been to this year. The o2 is always an amazing venue for concerts. I've never had any trouble with them and it was nice that we got in earlier (o2 priority perk). My only complaint about the venue is that i had to take my bottle cap off for the self serve. Found that a bit odd as it made me a bit anxious about spiking BUT I'm pretty sure it's necessary for the tech they use. Ive loved every chase atlantic concert I've been to but this definitely topped it. They always had the crowd hyped and played what I'd argue some of their best songs.

Was my first ritual and didn't know exactly what to expect. I needn't worry. Seeing Tobias and the Goulettes live was everything I wasn't expecting and more; such an amazing difference from watching videos compared to seeing them live. They were even more awesome seeing live than I read and heard about. Also was my first concert and will be a night I'll think back on with fond memories. If you're a fan on the fence or just want to have a rocking time and it's within your means to do so, you can't go wrong with going to a Ghost ritual. The concert was amazing. The Lounge experience was great. I was a little disappointed in my meet and greet experience. I’ve been an Usher fan since I was 9 years old. I couldn’t make it to his concert in the U.S. due to me being deployed in 2024. I flew from the U.S. to UK to meet my idol. There wasn’t a hello from him, how are you, just smile, photo, and leave. It kind of hurt my feelings because I’m at every festival and concert he headlines. I’m one of his biggest fans and was hoping a more engaging interaction.

Straight in almost no queue, we had great seats 105 N 151/152 really great view if the stage but seats were super uncomfortable almost felt like i being folded in half when we were sat down- great we had cup holder tho. JANET was phenomenal and I mean phenomenal all songs were performed by a LIVE BAND her live vocals were flawless, dancing was great, costume changes were plentiful and pretty impressive, she eased us in with sultry sounds, turned it up a notch, slipped in some ballads, back to uptempo, singing all the best and biggest hits, song aftet song aftet song, came back on for an encore of 4 songs finale was beyond all expectation. Feel privileged to have witnessed it, best concert I've ever been to.

Linkin Park rocked all the way. I was apprehensive and unsure how it would be without Chester Bennington RIP😥. As it turned out they were awesome. Mike Shinoda and the crew didn't fail to impress. The stage set-up was brilliant as it was a centre stage set-up and everyone got involved and had a great view. They sang a wide variety of their classics and new material. The stage effects were brilliant and complimented the band. I have seen them live several times, and despite Chester's sad absence, they performed rocking the O2 arena. It was so good to see Linkin Park still bringing new material that does not disappoint. The only final point to make is that Chester will never be replaced and will always leave a void that cannot be filled. But on this performance, they could not have done better and I guess a way of looking at a new beginning and new era. Life goes on and the show must go on. I have always been a fan ever since I first listened, am still a fan, and will always be a fan, but will always miss Chester. My only disappointment was that Chester was not mentioned and should have been, but also understand if it was too difficult to mention him.

I missed the first act, Teen Mortgage but made it in time for Weezer and the rest of the Pumpkins show. Sound for both acts was a little dodgy for the first song or two, I expect while the engineers worked on balancing the system to a full arena. Lighting was amazing and I was lucky to get some nice pics/videos on my phone for the memories! Both Weezer and SP delivered great performances, with a wide range of classic fan-favourites and new songs alike. I was concerned that both acts might not sound "as good as the old days" considering I started listening to them both in the mid 90's, but I was definitely proved wrong.

Tout simplement le meilleur concert de ma vie ! Le concert a eu lieu à l’O2 Arena à Londres, l’accès en transport est très simple. Il est possible de manger dans les restaurants aux abords de la salle (il y en a pour toutes les bourses). Tout est très bien indiqué pour se rendre à sa place en tribune. Nickelback est un groupe formidable, très propre du public et ils donnent tout. Vraiment incroyable ! Les deux heures sont passées si vite mais nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête et des étoiles pleins les yeux !

Excellent concert. So nice to see Madonna on the road to recovery after her recent serious illness Music and songs were awesome. The staging and lighting were used to great effect, the idea of showcasing and highlighting with photos and graphics the various artists and people who are no longer with us was an unexpected but poignant idea. The dancers and cast were outstanding almost too much going on at times as it was spread out over a large stage area, but the costumes and choreography were showstoppers. Simply amazing! Fantastic show, great sound and amazing atmosphere. Maiden were at their best, have they discovered the secret of eternal youth? :) They’re so good, I’m still rocking after last night, and I can’t wait for them to be back so I can go and see them again. They brought back so many memories from my teenage years in the 80’s, what a fantastic period. Emotional at times, definitely funny with Bruce’s shenanigans between songs and not only, the concert was a rollercoaster in time with great music from the past and equally great music from the latest album Senjutsu. Thank you Iron Maiden!

Shannon and the Clams started the evening off with some interesting sounds. Reminiscent of 60s American pop but with a nice indie edge to the music. New and I teresting. I'll definitely follow their progress. Next up was Spoon, who I have followed for some time. It was great to see them play live for the first time. A cracking set filled with catchy hooks and power playing. Love them to bits still. They have gone up in my estimation, so much energy. The Black Keys then took a nicely warmed up O2 arena and blew the roof off the place. The dirty guitar sounds and Dan and Patrick's playing were off the charts. The backing band added further textures and the evening was faultless. Incredible riffs and power drumming got the whole place jumping. The light show was great as well. Pretty much the perfect evening out.
