Phoebe really knew how to work and orchestrate the pit! There was a death wall, there was a no cisgender white male pit for “Lads Lads Lads”, there was a lot of crowd surfing where some people even got on stage and hugged/dance with the band. Phoebe herself crowd surfed. Toward the beginning of their set she split the crowd and got into the center of it and talked with us all which was cool. She checked in and asked if ppl were feeling safe and then threatened to punch the dick of anyone who made ppl feel unsafe. We screamed in unison at how angry we are at the “fastest” g*v’t. It was very punk. Edging was amazing too. We chanted “k1ll c*pz” at the end of their set. The main vocalist had such a raw, powerful stage presence, the saxophonist and drummers went so fucking hard, the bassist was cool and sick as hell, the supporting guitarist who I don’t think is a part of the band did some sick riffs. Overall, amazing show. Also got to cop cool Edging merch! ($1 button, $1 sticker, and $10 poster with all the band mates signatures and I think also the Lambrini girls bc it had two extra signatures???) I will say the merch person for Edging was struggling with WiFi bc the WiFi in the venue was ass. Didn’t check the bar for prices on water but I chugged a whole bottle of water outside the venue and ate a spare protein bar that I snuck in my pocket. The pit was amazing like I said but it was super fucking slippery bc people spilled their beer all over the ground.

This show was awesome and needed! I'm going to start with my 2 Bucket List bands. No Redeeming Social Value was amazing. Brought in the OG Beatdown Hardcore and Punk groove. Loved their set. And Shutdown. Ah man. Sheesh. Beautiful band right there! They are Hardcore Punk. Classic vibes and Modern Hardcore vibes. Their set was awesome. The openers, Deadshot. 2nd time seeing them. Always dope. Always amazing energy. Enjoyed their set. Orange 9MM. Also, 2nd time seeing Chaka and the gang. Do your research. Love that band. Loved their set! They boosted up the energy for the almighty Gorilla Biscuits. And Gorilla Biscuits, at this point, just like Orange 9MM. Self Explanatory vibes. They're awesome. Their set was awesome. And my 3rd time seeing Gorilla Biscuits. Loved all the bands. Loved all the sets. Hardcore Dancing/Moshing is slowly being more appreciated as an artform kind of again. Even if social media makes it cringe, it's still exposure to something that belongs to Sub-Communities/Scenes. Be sure to support the bands and the venue as well. Leave your comments.
