Amazing all around! Was sooo cool to meet Lynn and then see PVRIS live. The venue was clean and the staff friendly, nothing else you can ask for :)
I really wanted to see them, but got pretty sick that day. I'm sure the show was great. I was looking forward to seeing the other bands as well. 😟
Never heard of yous till that show. I love your sound. You'll never know is my favorite song. You have a new fan and I'm telling everyone about yous. Loved your energy as well and you can tell u care about your fans. The selfie was great
Amazing show with a great mix of old and new songs. AJ really brought it, and cannot wait to see them again.
Drums! Drums! Drums! Taffeta hosted an amazing indie band called Pons. The dual drummers were incredible. I absolutely loved their performance. The standing drummer went through drumsticks like napkins at a BBQ. Pons has great energy and they give it their all. It's fantastic having a venue 15 minutes from my house. I hope Taffeta keeps putting on shows like this with bands like Pons.
I had a great time! The venue was cute and I would totally go back. The only bummer was the lighting at the merch area for taking pictures with Drew. However, I loved the coat check and the drinks were delicious. What I appreciated the most was the availability of seats for us older folks who can't hang out as long anymore. Drew and 12OC made everything better!
I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the fun, funky music. This was a good show with a great bunch of bands.
Great venue, fun band. The Pas put a little spin on things by changing their stage attire from white to red. They're a great bunch of guys that enjoy performing live. Taffeta is a fantastic local club for hosting all sort of music. It's nice having a place to go north of Boston.
The Roaches put on a great show. They're not my type of music but I appreciate the performance. I did like the harmonica solos from their lead singer. It's a fun band that plays smooth music.
The PAs had a great night and put on a headliner performance. Taffeta's stage is a good size and gave Ellis room to move. This is an amazing venue for Indie bands to get their music out there for people to hear. It was a release party for The PAs and the night was a tremendous success. The drummer and bassist even switched instruments for a song.
Fantastic show with some great indie bands. Tetchy was the raucous metal part of the night. I went to see The PAs and got a bonus. Tetchy was there to bring the noise and Maggie made sure the crowd was part of it. The drummer brought the Cowbell and played the kit like a mad scientist.
Very exciting show and very energetic band. Played 2 oncores and the fans wanted more. Fantastic night. Great venue also. Can't wait for the next show.
I've seen Mammothor play a bunch of times and it was fantastic to be there for the release of their new album. The band is a great bunch of musicians that just want to Rock & Roll. The best part was seeing their drummer, Euz come back from a serious medical condition to jump behind his kit and tear it up. I look forward to more great music coming from Mammothor and hopefully another local appearance at Taffeta.
Trawl put on a great show. I missed a chance to see them a while back so when this performance came up I jumped on it. I planned on going to support Mammothor for their CD release party so it was a bonus to see both bands play together. Trawl has an energy that the fans feed on to make it a fun performance. They are a great New England band worth checking out.
Taffeta is a new venue in Lowell that will become a Rock & Roll destination in the near future. The place sounds incredible and gives fans a wide area to hangout and enjoy the show. Tester is the living embodiment of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. It was an amazing show with these guys playing their hearts out. Tester is feel good music that gets your heart beating and your feet moving. The band just wants to have fun and put on a show that you remember.
All three bands were fantastic… And the venue is pretty cool. Staff was great. Hopefully, my Tester brothers will play more shows there in the coming future.
Royale Lynn was awesome... She is down to earth, very personable and a class act!!! I first heard about her on Facebook with her song Six Feet Deep then watched many of her videos on YouTube. I am now a fan and will see her any chance I get!!! She was appreciative of everyone there and thanked us numerous times for spending our "hard earned money" to see her... and, she was worth it!
The venue reminds me of a cellar. The acoustics weren't the best but it was cozy and allowed for an up close personal show! I'd definitely go back Taffeta.
Best wishes for her and the band!!!
Was absolutely amazing & Royale was so awesome to talk to at the meet & greet ! Would 100% go to another concert
This band is awesome. Great song writing and music. The real deal. Hopefully we will see them opening for big name musicians real soon
Cadaverette was awesome. Their energy is contagious. August is a true performer who give s you everything she has. Taffeta is a brand new venue with a huge stage and wide open floor. I see a big future for them if they can get the word out and draw the bands.
