Great show! The crowd really seemed to be into it and the band really fed off the energy. The didn’t play 20 Excuses, but they otherwise played all their best stuff- including a medley of their covers.
Taffeta Music Hall is a gem. I will make an effort to see anything even remotely interesting to me when it’s there.
There aren't enough stars available to rate how much fun this show was. Kasey spent so much of her time on stage interacting with the crowd, and giving so many of us one of those moments where it's like you're the only person there.
But best of all was her investing her time after the set to hang out with fans at the merch booth. Kasey was super friendly, down to earth, and seemed genuinely delighted that we were there to see her band perform. Our whole family got to chat with her, and she made sure our daughters got to be involved and have a good time as well.
We've been to quite a few shows over the last couple of years once we started actively going again, and this one was hands down the most fun.
Thanks for Bringing the show close to NH. I have missed shows in the north east due to work, but I certainly enjoyed this one. As one of your older fans, I thoroughly enjoyed the energy that the band, family, brought to the stage. Now I know that Kelly gets her jokes from her son.
The backing bands you brought, the Black Widow’s from Minneapolis, and local band Linnea’s Garden, certainly brought the right energy to the show. Fantastic performance from all parties.
I look forward to the next visit.
This Rock and Roll Bluesman will blow you away. I can’t say enough about him and his crazy guitar playing and raspy voice. Put this one on your bucket list you won’t regret it
GA-20 brought the energy Saturday night at Taffeta Music Hall in Lowell, MA. It was my first time seeing this incarnate (Matt, Cody, and Josh) of the band, and the show was terrific. Great set list and flawless execution.
Incredible show, their set had all the songs I wanted on it, and I was able to meet all the members and they were super kind!!! Reasonably priced merch and their stage presence was great. They interacted with us a ton and I really felt appreciated as a fan. I love these guys and hope they go all the way.
Never heard of yous till that show. I love your sound. You'll never know is my favorite song. You have a new fan and I'm telling everyone about yous. Loved your energy as well and you can tell u care about your fans. The selfie was great
Drums! Drums! Drums! Taffeta hosted an amazing indie band called Pons. The dual drummers were incredible. I absolutely loved their performance. The standing drummer went through drumsticks like napkins at a BBQ. Pons has great energy and they give it their all. It's fantastic having a venue 15 minutes from my house. I hope Taffeta keeps putting on shows like this with bands like Pons.
I had a great time! The venue was cute and I would totally go back. The only bummer was the lighting at the merch area for taking pictures with Drew. However, I loved the coat check and the drinks were delicious. What I appreciated the most was the availability of seats for us older folks who can't hang out as long anymore. Drew and 12OC made everything better!
Great venue, fun band. The Pas put a little spin on things by changing their stage attire from white to red. They're a great bunch of guys that enjoy performing live. Taffeta is a fantastic local club for hosting all sort of music. It's nice having a place to go north of Boston.
I've seen Mammothor play a bunch of times and it was fantastic to be there for the release of their new album. The band is a great bunch of musicians that just want to Rock & Roll. The best part was seeing their drummer, Euz come back from a serious medical condition to jump behind his kit and tear it up. I look forward to more great music coming from Mammothor and hopefully another local appearance at Taffeta.
Trawl put on a great show. I missed a chance to see them a while back so when this performance came up I jumped on it. I planned on going to support Mammothor for their CD release party so it was a bonus to see both bands play together. Trawl has an energy that the fans feed on to make it a fun performance. They are a great New England band worth checking out.
Taffeta is a new venue in Lowell that will become a Rock & Roll destination in the near future. The place sounds incredible and gives fans a wide area to hangout and enjoy the show. Tester is the living embodiment of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. It was an amazing show with these guys playing their hearts out. Tester is feel good music that gets your heart beating and your feet moving. The band just wants to have fun and put on a show that you remember.
Royale Lynn was awesome... She is down to earth, very personable and a class act!!! I first heard about her on Facebook with her song Six Feet Deep then watched many of her videos on YouTube. I am now a fan and will see her any chance I get!!! She was appreciative of everyone there and thanked us numerous times for spending our "hard earned money" to see her... and, she was worth it!
The venue reminds me of a cellar. The acoustics weren't the best but it was cozy and allowed for an up close personal show! I'd definitely go back Taffeta.
Best wishes for her and the band!!!
Cadaverette was awesome. Their energy is contagious. August is a true performer who give s you everything she has. Taffeta is a brand new venue with a huge stage and wide open floor. I see a big future for them if they can get the word out and draw the bands.
