The Get Down

This was amazing! They sounded just like the band and for a minute I thought I was listening to Robert Plant. My husband plays guitar and was in a band back in the day and he was speechless. This band should be playing in bigger venues - awesome stuff!

Roni Size is a top tier veteran junglist. His mixing skills are second to none. I love his jazzy style, I danced my a*s off! It was one of the best shows I have ever been to!

I had so much fun, sweating and dancing to one of my all time favorite Dj's. Here's to #12 Mark Farina, much love and success to you!

Absolute fire show! Truly awesome. Glad I got to see her before dhs gestapo sent me to hospital again with busted head. Concussion, and big elbow damage. Big Ouch. Damag3 was super nice to all her fans and clearly has big respect for us. Not just an awesome show, but also an awesome human. But at least I got damaged while wearing signed damag3 shirt while. Waving anti-transphobe action flag signed by damage3 :-p rofl Fk ice! Fk trump fk dhs!!

Amazing show, energy, venue and music. The openers were outstanding especially Romes, instant fan. Thank you sooo much Des Rocs for coming to Portland. Can't wait to see you again.

What an unforgettable experience! Even when the power went out, they still found a way to show up for us and stay engaged. These guys are all-stars, legendary!

They were absolutely amazing live! Not only did they sound great, but the whole band look like they were having the time of their lives on stage.

What a show! We met Dan outside of the venue with his lovely wife. Josh Heinrichs opened for FY and he was amazing, too! Fortunate Youth came out and blew our minds! They were on point with vocals and the music! We will definitely see than again.

Every show is different but they all have an amazing positive vibe and totally mixed audience! Can’t wait to see them a 5th time in July when they come back to Seattle!

Nine to Fyah is an outstanding band! Their music is uplifting and upbeat with meaningful lyrics enjoyable for all ages. Just when I think they are at their best I've ever heard, they go NEXT LEVEL!!! Show started very late, set was too loud but well curated and very talented artist who has a lot of passion for his craft

life changing. On point like icicles in every way. musicianship and chemistry out of this world. Every member of the group was a master of their craft, and together were able to put together a performance i would be surprised if anyone in attendance will ever forget. Thanks, Kokoroko, for the next-level entertainment and immense inspiration.

This was my husband and my first concert at The Get Down. I had such a good time. The music was fabulous vibe. Can't wait for Thee Sinseers and Los Altos come back!

Great venue, good crowd! Great show! I’ll definitely go back to this venue! This was my 2nd time seeing them perform, great show!

Great show -good service at the venue too but main act (Wax Tailor) was supposed to start at 9 & instead an opening act was at 9-would’ve been better to know that beforehand so we didn’t lose our seats. Better communication for the shows is needed.

Fantastic grooves last night @ The Get Down! Opener, Rattlesnake?, ripped some heavy New Orleans funk+! Comfy venue, ez bar, good ventilation, smooth acoustics. DLOT laid down a scorcher of a set for a great start to the new year.
