Quiet Cannon

My wife and I loved Grupo Niche and the other bands and artists. However, the promoters never mentioned that the event would be outdoors and that seats would not be provided. As my wife is a senior citizen who has a replaced hip, a seat is essential. Thankfully one of your attendants got two seats for us on one side of the event stage. Also, the event ads indicated that the start time was 1 PM and end at 9 pm. The first band started to play around 2:30 PM and Grupo Niche started after 9 PM. We left in the middle of their set around 10:30 pm as our drive home takes 1 and 1/2 hours. Lastly, the portable restrooms were insufficient and horribly unclean for the size of the crowd; we witnessed long lines and loud complaints from desperate customers. I hope going forward you can take note of the issues mentioned and take appropriate steps to fix them.
