Absolutely amazing! They rocked the house and gave it there all for us! Loved every minute and their playlist was everything and more! Hugely appreciative of giving us the best ever!
Josiah put in a great, high energy show with moments of quiet reflection too in the campfire section. First time I have ever seen a Christian mosh pit! First time visiting the Music Hall, very nice staff and easy to park nearby. Only two tiny criticisms: 1. There was some confusion over the VIP ticket seating. I believe they were allowed in early for Q&A at 5:15 which was fine but there was only standing room no seats and older people and little kids had no place to sit if needed. My friend and her 4 yr old came without a ticket but managed to get one from another attendee. She asked if she could pay to upgrade to seating area and was told no by the front desk because " you could only buy them if you came at 5:15" ! Obviously if you had empty seats and someone willing to pay for them, why didn't the front desk know that?
2. The hand dryers in the bathroom are so loud that is was really distracting during ballads and conversation on stage. Maybe consider switching to the quieter Dyson models or back to biodegradable paper towels?
Other than those two quirks, we had a terrific time and look forward to returning for future acts. 👍🏼⭐
It won’t even let me leave five stars, but I would leave ten stars! Nikka is still amazing as ever! Always a great show and the new music plays fantastic live!!
I have never seen a better cover band then the petty Breakers. I take that back queen nation is fantastic as well. Play for an hour and a half and didn't even take a break nailed every song if you close your eyes you would think you would listening to petty and I've seen him twice live.
RAT WARS IS HERE !FELIZ JUEVES¡
wonderful laid back venue with great sound. HEALTH were amazing on this 1st night of the tour. Don't forget your free grab bags, be prepared 😉
DJ QUIK IS ALWAYS FIRE! Thanks for burnin' a Bubba Gum with me AND sharing your bottle with me. You're the best! I'll see you at Yoshi's ;)
Love love loved it! I would see him again in an instance! The fact that he played the music hall in Ventura was even more amazing. Stephen is a healer and would love to see him again.
DJ played really great songs and seriously was up there going ham for like 4 hours. The energy from the crowd was also amazing! 10/10 will absolutely attend the next one in my town.
What an amazing show! I brought 3 of my friends who didn't know their music, and they had a great time! What awesome musicians!
The opening bands were fantastic, too. Loved that women were essential members in both opening bands! Punk is alive and well!
Sometimes, it feels like musicians see Ventura County as a drive-through bedroom community between LA and Northern California. I hope established bands like Mariachi El Bronx will encourage other bands to come and play here!
Can I give more than five stars? This was my second time seeing this WONDERFUL person in concert! I love the calm feeling that the audience gave off. Not many people were there to sing along which meant I heard the concert itself far more. As always his voice and music is all so calming! I truly hope he will go to this venue again! The acoustics were wonderful and it was so close to me I LOVE not having to drive all the way to LA to see someone.
Wonderful venue- really good dinner for the extra admission- staff is very friendly- and The Longest Johns are truly wonderful- their sound, their energy, their hundred watt smiles- make for a memorable evening-
Another great show by MMF! They never disappoint and always bring a level of energy every time they play. Openers Rain City Drive and From Ashes to New were both great. My only complaint, and it’s a BIG ONE, and it’s totally out of control of the bands, was that Wolves at the Gate went on at the ungodly time of 6PM!! Who puts a band on that early! We got there at 7, and compromised them! (And they were one of the primary reasons I wanted to see this show, because they are fantastic live!)
These guys are amazing and there is no other way to explain it. The music and melodies are spot on while the lyrics are soooo positive and uplifting. Most importantly is the energy on the stage infects the crowd making for the best time ever. It's our 4th time seeing them we can't wait for many more.
It was up to his usual standards- meaning flawless and fun!
I always look forward to his concerts, because I know that I'm going to see the best!
I am so happy that he has been on the Queen's Honours List and received an O.B.E.
I attend every one of his concerts that I can and so do my friends!
The show was fantastic. The venue however was quite unexpected. I expected there to be seats for a seated show but there were only about 30 seats spaced quite far apart in front of the stage and just bar type seats scattered on the sides, this for 200 people. This was for a crowd of over 60 year olds who I’m sure didn’t expect to be standing for this show.
The show was great. However, we were given menus to order food and no one ever came back to take order and there seemed to be no one taking or serving. the Low tables along the ramp make it hard to see, the tables should all be high tops to see over the high bar stools at the counter and people standing around.
Gary Numan and his touring band is 100% all-in (talent, attitude, costume, etc.) and will work their asses off to make you feel into it. They sounded exactly correct for an industrial rock act: super deep, dark, and full bass and synth of layers. No holds barred. Killer show. Extremely underpriced, in my opinion. For the quality of the show I just witnessed, I honestly think Gary should charge more.
The show ended earlier because the venue's proximity to the neighborhood behind it, but it was still a great one! The band was obviously having a good time hamming it up. Gary Numan always puts on an excellent show.
New venue for us, and our first time seeing this beloved band. The show was as chill, melodic, and beautiful as we expected. Will see them again next chance.
Flogging Molly gives a very spirited performance!! They never disappoint with old songs and great new ines! The opening bands also had great music and kept the crowd engaged, Russkaja and the Vandoliers, both are worthy of seeing again!!
