Great show, good sound. Even enjoyed Keith’s waffling.
The best show the best band ever ♥️
Pissed off about no CKY. But AAF were good anyway :)
Amazing show - they crushed it. Great energy
My first time seeing Kk's Priest and I was not disappointed! The entire band put on a incredible show and had the audience engaged throughout .
Fantastic support from Tailgunner and the venue though smaller ,was perfect for a more intimate gig.
Looking forward to seeing Kk's Priest on their next tour !
Great to see KK rocking out like he always did!
Loved every second ! Come back to Dublin soon
Great show from As December Falls and Bowling for Soup. The venue was easy to get to while the line was long to get in it moved fairly quick. The move to have the merch in the side room instead of in the hall on the way in made it much smoother to get in compared to the last time I was there.
I've been a fan for 40 years this night was truly amazing seeing them live will go again next time thanks lads for a great night.
The concert was awesome from the band and music perspective. Blind Guardian is a great band and one of the best in the Heavy Metal style, with a unique identity and awesome musicians. The interaction with the audience was awesome.
The venue was too small for a band like Blind Guardian. Dublin has bigger places that would fit better the concert.
It was a dream gig for me. Absolutely brilliant band
Simply one of the best gigs in a long long time. Great stage presence with a band who clearly love being on stage. Can’t wait to see them again. So much fun.
Such a memorable night of hi jinx, fun and rocking music
I finally got to see Katatonia and loved every second of their set. They played music from their whole catalogue, and some things that had never been played live before (Decima). I love this band and hope that they keep soldiering on for a good long while. Such talent.
Venue could do a better job, but the gig was incredible!
Brilliant Venue And Band Of
I've never known energy like it in a gig. They gave everything for the crowd. Given it was a smaller crowd to what they would normally play, the energy was absolutely incredible. I was soaked in beer and had a ringing in my ears for 2 days but would do it all again
Incredible show, incredible energy, incredible music.
The most rock n roll show.
Robert Will Plant, Roger Will Waters
The Academy in Dublin is a great place to learn about good music. Having initially seen and enjoyed Lukas Nelson in a huge open-air gig where subtlety was at a premium, to experience his performance in an intimate venue where nothing escaped the attention of the crowd was a true pleasure. Sublime guitar work complementing some truly inspiring lyrics made for a magic evening, rounded out by one of the tightest bands around in Promise of The Real. Corey McCormick on bass and athletic jumps in particular laid down a steam train of a rhythm track that drove the night right along.
Admission here - whilst loving the evening,, unlike much of the cowboy-hatted audience I'm not yet a devoted fan so not familiar with all the lyrics. That led to the major beef of the night - vocals through the PA were not strong,
Nelson has a light voice eerily redolent of his father Willie but it only came through clearly on certain songs. A different choice of microphone might have helped, or just a more positive finger on the fader.
Would I go again? In a heartbeat!
An absolutely fantastic night of Metal, the 3 bands were amazing, such an intimate venue
BIB were just amazing live. Absolutely flawless performance to a crowd that we're loving it!!
