REVIEW: I am a senior semi-pro musician/singer who attended the 12/3/23 concert. CONS: The sound system was not projecting the trebles and upper mids in the 1st half of the concert, often making the lead part difficult to hear. I spoke with the EHSS Soundman Drew Goldman during the intermission about it, who said he had done all that he could with the house sound system, lacking familiarity with any audio enhancements they might have had to boost the trebles further. The 2nd half of the concert, the treble boost/clarity issue was completely solved. Drew had found the switch! I was dancin in the aisles! PROS: Ernie spoke reverently about his father-in-law George Younce's fondness of the people in the NW and Alaska. Quartets back east go the extra mile to come out to the sparsely-churched Seattle area and beyond, and few are the groups that have done it regularly. We had promoter Jim Arneson RIP bring Southern Gospel to us for 30+ years; yet only a few groups like HeavenBound would come out every year, and we knew they certainly loved us to make such a trip. George the father-in-law passed his love to be with us on to Ernie. PROS: I spoke to the EHSS bassist Wes Jones quite a number of technical questions; about how he prepared the 25-30? songs, remembered the keys, intros, key changes, etc...AND about the model of electric bass that he played. It was an Ibanez entry-level bass that sang like a bullfrog the whole night! Tour-ready! Bone stock! His answers were candid, to the point and appreciative. EHSS pianist Tyler Vestal joined in briefly to talk about their arrangements. Their drummer was unable to tour, so they often cued their entrances watching Ernie "slide" into the held (out of tempo) notes! That's the way a real band does it!

Ernie Haase and Signature sound put on an awesome concert. They are very energetic, happy and show the love of what they do and the love for the Lord. They sing well as a quartet, and each individual that had solo's. A wonderful evening with praise and singing. I highly recommend this group whenever you get a chance to hear and see them.

We enjoyed a very special night of worship. So nice to see a whole evening with this group. Previously we had seen them at concerts with other groups. Do yourself a favor and drive wherever you need to experience them.

We thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Ernie and Signature Sound are so authentic in their sharing and music. We were really blessed with newly relased songs, Keep On Keeping On and Wake Up, but loved some of the oldies and the taste of your the love songs on your new album releasing in August.
