The musical talent and audience engagement of Alice Wallace and Caitlin Cannon blend perfectly in to The Side Pony Band. I have followed Alice for about seven years and was only introduced to Caitlin's music three years ago. I found myself resisting change when they became a duo, but quickly found myself firmly in the "the whole is greater than the sum of the parts" camp. I know them each to be stellar musicians and wonderful people, each in her own right. Their songwriting is of the variety that each song is a compelling story set to beautiful music told by amazing voices in close harmony ... even the yodeling. I could write paragraphs about them, but you get the idea. I'm a fan.
