Despite being sick, Leah sang and played her heart out! She prowled the stage like a caged black panther. And, of course, Dean provided that ever-solid backbeat on drums. It's always stellar when RFP are performing!!!
Amazing guys and amazing performers. We've been to a lot of shows, and I mean a lot, this was in the top 5 for sure. The band members are really awesome and show thier appreciation of thier fans to thier fans and you feel like your hanging out with some of your closest friends. Thier music is amazing and they put thier heart into every song, on stage, in the studio, these guys got it right and we will see them everytime they come.
Emo Night Tour was a blast, where people were there with good vibes, looking to interact with others with similar music taste. There was encouragement to dance, sing, get on stage, and have a great time all night. The DJs and staff were kind and fun, interacting with the crowd when they could, and took requests that other emo nights generally have ignored in the past. I am excited to go again next time they're around!
As always, the Supersuckers kicked ass!!! This was my fifteenth time seeing them, and it was amazing!!!! The Atomic Bitchwax, holy shit!!!!. Those guys are an awesome band to see live, and they're really cool guys. To see a band I've listened to for years working their own merch booth, that's about as real as it gets. Lastly, Lord Velvet, a local Denver band. These guys were superb!!!! They reminded me of something I couldn't put my finger on. It was almost like the Sword, Sabbath and Queen had some weird love child. Bought their merch and plan on checking the CD out today. This was a fantastic lineup at a venue I will definitely be visiting again. Well worth the drive down from Fort Collins.
Cool venue, and great show by Richie, Dylan, and Kyle. Richie always has a great band and Dylan is a monster on bass. He takes his recorded songs and turns up the energy and groove about 10X live.
The only reason it’s not a whole five stars is that the attendance was subpar for such an incredible talent. I’m 66 and I’ve seen everybody. Richie may be the most multitalented guy I’ve ever seen perform live. Probably the best bang for the buck I’ve had for a concert in years. Maybe decades.
Great venue and sound system!
Richie, Dylan, and Kyle were awesome! Band is super tight for a three piece, and Richie’s vocals and guitar work were incredible! Been waiting a long time to see this band, and I was not disappointed!
Shout out to the great opening band as well!
Mark Daly and the Ravens brought some energetic rock music from Ireland to get everyone ready for Richie!
Urban Heat is amazing and so much fun to see live! But the HQ has terrible equalization for vocals. So half the time it was hard to hear the singing over everything else. The band that played before, their vocals were entirely inaudible.
Venue was super cute and it was really nice area to be in. It wasn't hard to get into at all. My only complaint is that there wasn't very much air flow in the middle of the crowd so it was very hot. The artist was amazing! I have never been so excited to see a show or meet someone in person as much as I have for this concert. He was very friendly and gave people hugs and would talk to people and it was nice to know that he wanted to interact with his fans. Loved every bit of this show <3
"Turn up my f****** kid drum!"
And as always Bob Log the Third Graced the lucky lucky people od Denver Colorado with some mighty fine guitar playing.
The super kick drum made all the pretty girls shake it and brought a little piece to this universe at the same time.
It was a blessing to Coloradoans.
And I was there.
With bells on.
This was the best show I’ve been to, hands down. It was quite a small crowd, but that just meant you got to talk to all the artists. Really inspiring, a golden memory to finally see my favorite band of years in person.
Danny was incredible, I love his charisma and stage presence. The openers, Blackcell and Young Medicine, were also amazing. This is nitpicky, but I wish Danny played a bit louder, with more live vocal volume, and I wish I could see him onstage just a little better. I think the point is to be backlit and in shadows, but he's so hot I wanna see it better 🤣
I had a great time and the music was exactly as expected! I just wish the DJ had mixed tracks together to be fluid transitions to keep vibes vibing. Instead it was very much just playing from a playlist.
Always nice to see September and the Reapers. The VIP experience was a little chaotic though ...probably due to the venue constraints, we had to meet in their Sprinter van instead (which made for cramped quarters indeed). But they certainly made up for that with their kickass set.
They were better than last time I saw them. So much raw energy, none of them stopped moving for a second. The openers were all fantastic too! Everyone was so nice and sweet in person. Don't believe the persona 😅
Only giving 4 1/2 stars bc P9 seriously needs to figure out how to do live vocals. No one on the entire middle section of the crowd could hear them. I only was able to hear okay bc I was right by the speaker it was running though, but even then it was it was pretty muted at times. That seems to be a consistent issue with them each tour
I missed the first act :( BUT! CHEAP PERFUME IS FUCKING DOPE. IVE SEEN THEM SO MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND THEY NEVER CEASE TO BLOW MY SOX OFF. If ur reading this u probably already know that the subhumans rock the fucking house. The energy was incredible and they played one of my favorite songs of theirs in the encore. Overall very fulfilling show. Always love the scene. Make sure to support ur local talent; buy cool merch, tell people about them, send their music wide. -Please be kind-
I'll always love JC! & Go to every show he has here in Denver. I enjoyed this new venue it was small and intimate. Good sound quality & the proposal JONNY Allowed on stage mid performance was the absolute best thing I've seen him do in over 15 years!
Relentless energy! Awesome to see the band and hear some familiar favorites as well as some of the new material they're working on. Can't wait for the new album to come out. They even surprised with a fun unexpected cover song! Be sure to catch a Dog Party show when they come to a town near you!
Great show, nice venue, they didn’t play a lot of my favorite songs… But it just seems unfair to lower the star rating for that reason. But hey. Travis from Enterprise is a super cool guy! Enjoyed talking to him!
Negative approach is probably the best hardcore show I've ever been to, they are one of the few bands that get better with age. I prefer them live more then there studio releases, both are great but seeing them live is unbelievable.
