Alternative Music Foundation

Haven’t been to Gilman Street in years but was excited to take my 14 year old to see this great historic venue. The Subhumans are a relatively new “find” for me though I am fan of similar bands. I was blown away! The band was just a blast of anti-establishment energy. The crowd was singing along, the pit was wild and the vibes were just awesome. One really cool aspect was the merch. The band has shirts in colors other than black so I picked up 2 shirts in red and purple for $20 each which is a steal. So disappointed that I had slept on the Subhumans. They are now on the list of always see when they come around bands.
