John Waite and his band put on an excellent show and played many of the old songs that I loved. I have been coming to his shows for years as I love his music and voice and look forward to seeing many more shows in the future. I highly recommend seeing this band as you won't be disappointed!
Top notch performances from the headliners and their accompanying musicians. Chill music, mostly from the Raising Sand LP, with a nod towards some old Led Zeppelin tunes fronted the classy curtain backdrop and lighting. A double encore before calling it a night was the icing on the cake to send this small, respectful audience home happy.
Such an amazing show with such amazing people!! I dressed up as Papa with a sparkly handmade blue jacket (I actually got posted on Ghost's Instagram!!). My seats were much closer than I expected (but way off to the right side) since the venue was smaller than I expected when I ordered the tickets. It was such an amazing thing to be so close to a band that I love. Sad it had to end early but this show was an amazing experience and I loved it so much. I also got my first kandi bracelets here :) It made me so happy that they played my favorite song FTPTTP.
Seventh time seeing Shinedown and our closest view from the 4th row. We usually see Shinedown with our daughter as they see her favorite band but she couldn’t attend. We waited til the day of the show to buy tickets and decided to splurge and get these premium seats. So glad we did. It’s awesome being so close that you can see the band sweating and facial expressions. Shinedown was just as awesome as every other time we’ve seen them. Brent is a true performer. Zach and Eric are equally as talented and play to the crowd. Barry is just awesome. Seems like he is the instigator and always looking to agitate the others. Phenomenal show. Lights, pyrotechnics and fireballs galore. Bringing on the instrument techs was also a cool gesture and of course there’s Sanjay. If you haven’t seen Shinedown you’re missing out. Go see them.
Concert was great. We were in ADA seating Lawn and there needs to be some sort of barrier behind the people seated. There were folks crowding behind my friend in the wheelchair. He was asked a few times to back up. Like he was unable to see the guy in the wheelchair. By the end of the show there was quite a few people crowding the ADA platform. Other than that every employee that we spoke with was very friendly and helpful in every manner. From the parking to the lady that drove us back to our car from the ticket booth. Very great experience. We go fairly often but it was the first time with a wheelchair user.
Jelly Roll was Fantastic! Jelly Roll was on my playlist before many people heard of him. I would ask people, they would laugh and say who? I listened to so many people complain he was on the lineup for INKcarceration 2022 but when he sang Save Me, that was the loudest crowd singing back that I had heard at the time, Tonight blew Ink out of the water almost 24,000 fans singing back was absolutely amazing. Then he gave us a Big Surprise and brought out Brantley Gilbert. That was awesome. I would have loved to have seen Yelawolf, and Struggle Jennings but that didn't get to happen! The Pavilion at Star Lake needs to come up with better parking. They failed us last night and Jelly Roll really could have seen what a sold-out show looks like with that being the biggest venue of his career right now. Luckily I was able to get in to see him but so many people who paid lots of money including my friends whom I bought tickets for were still in line trying to park when Jelly Roll was on his last couple of songs! I truly believe something needs to be done for the people who didn't get a show they paid for! 100% NOT THE ARTISTS FAULT. The Venue needs to repay us!!!!!!!
Wonderful time , All the bands where energetic and interesting. Plus the interaction with the crowd was so much fun to see and be part of . But Godsmack just reminded me why there are in music artist who inspired you and are magical in an amazing way!
So to every one on this tour , be safe and enjoy it!!
Amazing show by the premier Rock/Metal band of the last 25 years. A little disappointed by the short setlist and the fact that they cut "Lighting Up The Sky" and "Soul On Fire" from the set recently. Other than that it was high energy and bone crunching all the way. Thanks Sully and co. Hope to see you again real soon.
Staind and Godsmack were fantastic! We had the VIP package which was a backstage tour and was nicely organized! We also had the VIP lounge package which gave us access to bathrooms, sit down menu option! Great seats! The only downside was leaving the venue. Very poorly handled. No one to direct traffic and was nothing but chaos!
Another fantastic Godsmack show! The energy level of this band is awesome. Sounding as heavy as ever and adding to the heaviness with plenty of lights and pyrotechnics. And to top that off confetti and giant bouncy balls. I will go see these guys every chance I get. They put on an absolutely amazing performance. The Pavilion at Star Lake venue is still what it was 30 plus years ago. I avoid shows at this venue if possible. Premium parking did pay off afterwards getting us out of the parking lot and on the road in under 15 minutes. On a side note, I’m all for parents taking their young (under 12) children to see these shows but if you are going to please respect those around you and especially behind you by not having them up on your shoulders the entire show blocking the view for others. They paid just as much to see the show. If you must have them on your shoulders grab tickets in the lawn. We’re all there to have good time and SEE the show. Again, Godsmack was awesome! Go see them.
This was one of the best concerts I have been to in a long time. The band rocks and Sully Erna is an amazing vocalist and musician. The sound was perfect, like I was at home listening to an album. The venue was great too. I am looking forward to seeing them again as soon as I can.
I know it was a Wednesday, and maybe you were still recovering from the Pantera show last Friday, but shame on you for missing this one. Five excellent bands, with Mudvayne headlining. The crowd was a bit thin so it made for a more intimate setting on a beautiful night. Chad Grey and his band mates put on an entertaining show, playing a lot from LD50. Mudvayne is definitely worth seeing.
It was phenomenal. Best weekend of my life. Partigras is the best kick ass show of the summer. Night ranger did awesome Bret Michaels band killed it Steve amazing. Mark McGrath incredible. I love Pittsburgh and the energy at the show and the crowd was off the chain. I'm definitely going back to see Bret in Pittsburgh again. I'm from SC. Highly recommend partigras all killer no filler.
He was great as always the only thing that I’m not happy with is the cost of his meet and greets there is no reason for them to be that high when all u get is pitchure and 5 minutes it’s not worth 600 or 1000 of dollars meet and greets use to be free when I was growing up never paid to meet a band that’s crazy it’s all about the money now
The music was great but because Starlake Pavillion only has ONE ENTRANCE fir cars traffic eas backed up for 20 miles and it took 3 hours to get there (a one hour drive). It took my cousin who left later 4.5 hours for the 1 hour drive. They NEED to buy more land and set up more lots and have shuttle busses. Dead and Conpany was great though.
The concert was so good, he has such a good voice live and puts on an amazing show. I would recommend him and this venue! The only bad thing about the venue was the area that it was in, it was difficult to try and get into so the traffic was extremely backed up so I would recommend staying near by and having someone drop you off close enough that you could walk up there and be there before the concert is completely finished with so that you do not get stuck in too much traffic. Other than that, I loved the concert, well worth the 4 hour drive!
Styx is one of my all-time favorite bands and they always deliver. Their live shows always keep you singing & dancing the whole time. You would never believe they've been doing this for 50 years. Here's to 50 more. Hope to see you on your next tour. :)
Great show!!! Life Project, Bush, Breaking Benjamin, and Alice In Chains were all fabulous. Venue, Star Lake, was pretty good. I was disappointed our “pavilion” tickets were not under the roof, but the weather was great so we didn’t miss it. I would like to see a visual difference in the seats during purchase so I can make a more informed choice. We appreciated the food and drink choices, but like so many other places the lack of staff was apparent. Still recommend highly.
I love your rock's concert was awesome a foreigner but the venue was very rude they were nasty to me and my friends my friend had a knee replacement we asked if they can get a ride back for a car and she still yelling I was telling you how to wait you might be having another 2 hours so we end up walking to the car but she didn't try to help nobody she's just yelled but Kid Rock was awesome I will go to another concert if I drive there Kid Rock you're the 💖
very enjoyable. It was my 26th or more show. Some of the ones from the 80's are a bit foggy so not sure how many. Every one is different and fun. It was great to go to a show on a Saturday and know I didn't have to get up for work the next day. Made for a more relaxed day and night.
