These lads had so much excitement and enthusiasm in their show, while being such a unique experience. Also huge shout out to their engineers, who helped put on one of the best sounding shows I’ve ever heard. Even through earplugs, I’ve never heard as crystal clear of a show as theirs!
Had a whole lot of fun at this one, thanks Good Kid, I hope to see y’all back here some day :)
It’s my second time seeing them in concert, but my first time going to one of their headliners. Despite the Nashville venue being small I’m glad that it was an indoor one this time. Deathbyromy, Caskets, and Crown the Empire were great openers. The moment the band appeared on stage to when they finished the show, they did not disappoint. High energy all through the night, I wished it never had to end.
the concert was amazing; however the venue wasn't the best. Not a lot of room and even with the air conditioning, it was super hot. There were no snacks at the bar, just alcoholic drinks and other drinks. There were some people who got sick or passed out due to overdrinking or heat or dehydration or being too hungry. There was no downstairs seating. I have an ankle injury and winded up getting blisters on my ankle and nearly passing out due to the venue. The parking was also not free even though there was a show. We were required to pay $20 or more for parking or we would have had to park over a mile away. it was a fun concert but would be 5 stars if there were some changes.
IT WAS THE BEST EVER! They care so much about their fans, and they sound so good, and just- AH! Literally when I went to get my picture with the band 2 of the members wrapped their arms around me to comfort me because of my anxiety, AND I got like 4 hugs from Cody Carson alone, AND a bunch of signed stuff, AAAAND Cody Carson literally gave a speech about why you should keep going no matter what!
Band looked great and sounded great. My Facebook link to the event suggested that the show would start at 8 and I thought I was getting there a little early but 720. But Joywave started their set at 7 and I missed some of their songs. So I need more clarity from the venue so I can get there on time and get a better position in a very crowded room.
I absolutely loved the show. I LOVE Jackson Dean’s voice. I could listen to him sing all day, every day. I’m from Alabama. I bought tickets for his concert in Atlanta, but was unable to go so I made the drive to Nashville just to see him. It made for a long day at work the following morning but was so worth it. I just wish he’d add Birmingham, AL to his tour. (I was on the front row in a pink sweater on Valentines but I wasn’t with the other women from Alabama on the other end of the front row. Point being- Alabamians love you, so please do a show down here too!)
Me and my girlfriend had a great time. Briston is a great live performer with a great sound and his crowd interaction is second to none. The production also was the perfect addition to the performance and it truly took the concert to the next level. Brooklyn Bowl is a great venue that is a bar, bowling alley, and music venue wrapped all into one. It is also essentially attached to the Nashville Sounds baseball stadium.
I was floored by the great energy of her fans, first and foremost. The venue lent itself perfectly to the show, and I don't think there was a bad view in the whole room! The queens were a pefect opener, and Chappell and her band were absolutely flawless. Prepare to dance and sing your heart out, and don't be one of the 4 people who didn't show up in costume :)
BTBAM are always amazing live! They never disappoint and sound just as good if not better live as in studio.I was front row at this show and Brooklyn Bowl’s sound was great because of all the monitors up front. every part was clear. Rivers of Nihl were a great choice for this tour playing similar music. And Thank You Scientist are fun and entertaining for any crazy jazz fusion prog fan. I had a blast, what an amazing show!!
I was there. I was front row. She looked and sounded amazing.! The band was outstanding!! The venue was lit.. I got the setlist and two pics!! I just love and adore her. I cannot wait for the PBS special to air and I sure hope I can buy it immediately. Hopefully, I’ll see her again if she comes to our home state of Florida !!
❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic show! I’ve seen moe. a lot in my life (they’re one of my favorite bands) and I hadn’t seen them in a while before this and it was the first show with the addition of Nate on keys etc. My friends and I had a blast! Awesome set list. It was really amazing. Plus their cover of the Grateful Dead’s “West LA Fadeaway” was hot, slick, and funky! They was a fine surprise—like a cherry on top. I’ll be searching for this show later so I listen and flash back to this wonderful time. Thanks moe.! Come back soon please!!!
I’ve been going to shows for over 30 years and this was the best of my life!! Also the best venue i’ve ever been to. Very clean environment, kind, helpful, professional staff. Best sound of any show ever! Vocals were clear, instruments sounded excellent. Lighting was beyond pro! Please host Demon Hunter again next time. Again, not only i, but the other 2 guys with me say, best show of our lives!
First time to go to a show at Brooklyn Bowl Nashville.
This is s very cool venue featuring a full Restaraunt, bowling, sky viewing of the Nash. Sounds Baseball Parks and a music Hall.
Also seeing the Fruit Bats for the first time.
The lighting and sound was spot on and the bands setlist hit on all cylinders- a little new and a lot of fan favs.
Was glad they performed “The Pet Parade”- my favorite song of theirs.
Overall an awesome performance to a packed house.
I give them a 10 and would see them again.
I do love me some moe. This was my first time seeing them since the aughts as I was living outside the country for a decade and then covid hit. First time seeing them with Nate and all I can say is: adding keys, the B3 (and flute!) was a great move. He adds so much texture.
Plenty of great segues last night. First set ended with Mexico> jam > Skrunk> jam > Bring You Down which was fantastic. Set II opened with a great Buster featuring plenty of Nate and Chuck. Silver Sun was top flight. Closing sequence was LL3 > Brent > Mar de Mar > Black which made my night. The funky West LA surprised me; I was unaware they played that. Anyway, you like moe., go see them! They’re a different band than when I last saw them but it the best way….even better playing off each other. Jim was great on percussion and vibes, but even played backup guitar and he and Vinnie had a feisty drum duet with Jim rocking like Tito Puente. Thank you moe.!
Amazing show! The band put on a killer set with a nice mix of songs, although I would have loved to hear Youth without Youth, but we can’t have everything. First time at this venue and it was great. I spent the night right next to the mixing board and the songs were very clear. The balcony is not a great view unless you’re right on the rails.
last night show was amazing I really appreciate the last three bands who played they really seem to be playing for the old school people that grew up listening to them and at times and some of the songs made me feel way back when I was a kid growing up listening to some of them and that second band that played that night he was singing his heart out.... I seen a lot of people not enjoying the fact that the first band was calling people the n word and cursing calling us b words and telling us what the f are we looking at we came to watch you play and perform and paid money but he seemed to didn't care for that or about us although there was a few songs that was pretty decent
First time to attend an event at this venue. Brooklyn Bowl is a very nice venue for many reasons. My wife and I ate at the restaurant first and then went over to the concert side.
Kameron Marlowe put on one great show. This young man is very humble and thankful for where he has gotten to perform thus far. His concert Thursday night was no different. High energy and some slow songs too.
Thank you Kameron for another great performance!
The show was amazing! Loved hearing all the new songs from his album "We Were Cowboys"! The album is FIRE! He and his band put on a great show! Loved seeing him honor his Granny on stage with his new song "Granny's Got A Garden", as well as Keith Whitley's son Jesse performing with him "I'm Over You"! What a great way to kick off the "We Were Cowboys" tour! Can't wait for the next show!
thanks again for taking us back to when we were kids and make us feel better for ourself and the speech that you did about wearing Chuck Taylors and flatlining our hair grow that shit out and everything in general we love you and please come back as soon as possible to play Nashville Tennessee like you said you should already move here we will welcome you with open arms see you at the next one and you don't have to do concerts to come to Tennessee just come and do a pop-up event and let me know cuz I will support it if you need help do a cookout Bros and I will supply the food
Pup hath destroyed Nashville this night. There was but a smoldering pile of human pulp where the pit once lie. The bar staff barely made it out with their lives. I was only left alive to tell the tale of the mayhem that is Pup. Heed my words of advice and keep your young, elderly, and weak of constitution home when planning to indulge in all the glory of death at your next local Pup show.
