Was great to see Matthew Good. He owned it on symbolistic white walls. Lineups were surprisingly quick to get in, opener show kicked ass.
Great show! Even Matthew Good seemed like he was having an uncharacteristically good time! However, tickets said doors at 7pm, we arrived at 7:50 and doors were not open. We got into the venue at 8:20pm. It appeared as though they were still trying to get organized. Many people seemed to have been waiting outside for more than an hour and doors were actually at 8pm.
Venue: way too packed, we had drinks spilled on us multiple times and being pushed and knocked over the whole night
Artists: amazing. Great performances
Amazing show. My first time seeing them and they delivered in every way. Really great energy in the place and the crowd was awesome. Can’t wait to see them again!
each band brought energy and a fantastic rapport with the audience. Engaging with the crowd, setting the mood and delivering their music and skills with all those present. 10/10 as expected from TDWP and FFK
If you like his music, you'll love the concert. If you love his music, you'll have a religious experience. Not only is his live performance better than the studio recordings, but he has an amazing band with him! Annnnd, he is amazing with the crowd! This was my first concert, it was an amazing experience. Even my boyfriend (who prefers punk, rock and metal) really enjoyed it.
Everyone brought the fire from start to finish, crowd was fucking amazing and I almost spent the whole set on the rail. Fucking incredible.🤘🏻
Great show. Played so many great songs that Sabbath never played on their last tour. Under the Sun, Symptom of the universe, even Wicked world.
Meshuggah is my favorite band. Such an amazing show. Loved every perpetual black second of it. Venue was great. Crowd was great. Everyone there was just out for a good time.
It was a great concert. Lots of good music. I loved Cooper Alan, Thomas Mac. Brett Kissel was a good surprise!! The background music was almost too loud and you could barely hear the vocals and lyrics, especially when the full band was playing. I don’t know if that is always the case with every concert for Cooper Alan or it was just this venue.
Fantastic show. So much energy and skill on display. Song after song Charley and the band brought it. Thanks for a great night guys!
One of the best concerts I've been to in quite a while, loved the opening acts just as much as the headliner. Wouldn't have minded a little more in the encore, but Silverstein ended on a great note! So I was quite pleased. Hope they come back soon and bring Seeyouspacecowboy with them! Midway was also a good venue for this kind of show and I look forward to catching more bands there.
Lights always puts on a killer show! As a short lady, I always wish for someplace to just stand and be able to see, I wish concert venues had options for that!
I love the venue! The Crowd was awesome! We came for Hotel Mira and loved their set so much! Dear Rouge was great too, they have a new fan in me for sure!
So I ended up seeing Hannah live twice this year. One at Midway music hall, and the second one at Rogers place in Edmonton. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone put so much heart and effort into a live show as Hannah does. Her guitar skills are unmatched, and the vocals range is out of this world. Definitely some of the elements that make Hannah unique is the use of the talk box guitar pedal that she uses exclusively on a few songs, “Mama said” being the most obvious one. In addition, Hannah’s high level of charisma and warm vibes she puts out to her fans is something special and will make you want to come back for more. From the soft/warm bluesy notes, to the technical guitar solos/sequences, there’s something for everyone in Hannah’s growing catalogue of songs. Hannah defined the year 2022 for me, and I had some of the best experiences I’ll ever had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back for more, and would love to catch up w Hannah following the set again !
Great performance in the perfect venue. I loved that there was no intermission and just 90 min continuous performance thanks for the two encores too.
Avatar always puts on a great show. They travel and play soo many shows in a year and yet everytime they bring it. From Smaller clubs to large festivals they are a band to see live.
Fucking killer show. The Blue Stones were a great opener and set up the energy for the night perfectly. The Beaches killed it just amazing performers!
The entire band is amazing! It was a really early show....due to the Oilers playing in game 7 (I think). But had a great time!! Thanks MKB!!!!
Peach Pit will always be the best! They put on a great concert that was really fun, even got to meet them after and they are the nicest people! I cant wait to see them again :)
