The Auditorium at The Douglass

Absolutely the best concert. Any concert by Hunter is 100%. He makes it personal. It is so much more than just music to him! Met him this time and he is just as amazing in person as he seems. Greatest time! Will absolutely go to more concerts by Hunter!

Great concert. Jim Messina was great and his band was awesome too. I figured it was going to be good but this concert way exceeded our expectations. Fantastic setlist and songs were done very professionally. Sound in the theatre was perfect. Not too loud and very clear. No booking bass guitar that overwhelmed to rest of the band. Musicians have obviously been playing together for a while. The Douglas Auditorium was a perfect venue. Just the right size. Parking was limited so you had to park on side streets unless you get there really early. No big deal though. Only had to walk a block or two. We will go back to the Douglas Auditorium for more shows. Did not even know this venue existed. Looking forward to going back in the future.

Great time. Historic setting at original Douglass High School Auditorium. Good acoustics. Jim Messina and supporting band were spot on. A bit disappointing crowd, possibly under promoted. But an enthusiastic and supportive crowd enjoyed the evening.

Excellent as always. If you haven’t seen Ian live, you should check him out as soon as possible! The auditorium staff were very nice. The only bad thing about the auditorium was the very narrow seats! I thought I might not get out of there.

Enjoyed the venue very much. My first time there but will attend more music events. Event staff very courteous and friendly. Parking was a challenge, but next time will arrive earlier to solve the parking issue.

Thomas Csorba the opener was fantastic! Jason was amazing acoustic as usual. He played all the songs we hoped and made the whole family cry with his last song. The venue was interesting. The seats were small for middle age folks who drink beer regularly. The tables up front seating was great, but I kind of felt bad for the folks on the front row behind us. A beer only line would have been good. Not a great place to talk to friends before or after the show. It’s literally an old high school auditorium.
