Very interesting question. Last week I bought tickets over the internet. Then, a couple of later, I got sent a refund, I didn't know why, so I sent an Email, and got this message pm 4/3/22:

Hello,
I just processed the refund and I’m sorry for the confusion I did write a note in the field supplied by the refund that explained that the show has been cancelled this month and Paul will be back again in April

Soapbox was inspired by the idea that a simple, humble box–that one stands on and delivers a speech from–can start a movement and perhaps even help to change the world.
