Two sets. First one a little slow and niche for me but the second had ‘Autumn Sweater’ which sounded great live. They played some Motörhead in the encore!
Amazing, brilliant show Henry most certainly knows how to entertain whilst being thought provoking and open your brain to new ideas.
True legend
A great night, an amazing performance by a legend. I have always wanted to see him but never got the chance and I was not disappointed. Such a very special venue too. An amazing mix of old songs and covers all done in his unique style
Great night at a great venue with good selection of old and new tracks. I was a teenager again for the night! 👍🙏🏻
Brilliant acoustic set to start followed by an outstanding electric performance - played all the old stuff - a manic evening- so much energy and clearly enjoying themselves- just great to see
I go to a lot of gigs and this by far is gig of the year
The boys were on top top form
Sound quality was excellent
Set list brilliant
Just amazing this is a proper old school rock band
And I’d give 7 stars if that was possible
Fantastic Lindsey !! Wot a true musician and producer. So pleased you kept the London Date, to perform for us. Sorry to hear you were unwell. But pleased you took the advice to cancel the rest of the Europe Dates. I hope you are returning home now to rest and get your strength back and it won’t be long until you tour again. All your fans send their love, including me. ❤️❤️
Great to see him for the first time after all these years brilliant performance and a great band backing him up will look forward to his next performance in London!!👍😁💙
This was the first time I had seen The Shires ‘live’ and they were excellent. Great songs, great voices and great band/musicians. Will definitely see them again!
Amazing. To see Sting play in a theatre was brilliant. He played so many of his old songs and was a true entertainer
After seeing postings on Social Media, I was a bit worried that the 10cc group that I went to see yesterday would not have enough 10cc dna in it for my liking.
I was delighted to see the reports were wrong. The group was lead by Graham Gouldman, a founder member and songwriter. The drummer was from the original line up and the lead guitarist had been in the band for 45 years.
Iain Hornal did a lot of the heavy lifting doing the high vocals, guitar and some percussion. A very new member who joined in 2014 but is a really good fit. He also features in ELO.
All the members are highly talented musicians and I have no bigger compliment that I was reminded of The Eagles. Obviously both bands born in the 70s.
The difference was that 10cc have a massive back catalogue with some really poor songs where as The Eagle have less songs but all are winners.
The low point in a really excellent concert was a song about a plane talking to a bomb on board. I kid you not.
There was a very clever moment where we were joined by Kevin Godley singing on a video while accompanied by the band.
Great to finish on Dreadlock Holiday but unsurprising as it is their best song.
Brilliant show, never seen 10cc Live before, lots of memories with tracks from the past. And some new stuff thrown in. A lot more to this lot than 'I'm not in Love'.
Even though we couldn’t have our phone to take pictures & videos, it was so nice to be so close to the fair ‘Lady X’. Madonna was injured, but she, her dancers & her musicians put on a great show.
They are so amazing live. I would love them to work with my boys Jared and Shannon. Who would like to see a London show 30 seconds to Mars, Bastille, L Devine and Panic at the Disco ...Everyone!!!
Was very late on stage so the show was cut shorter and ran overtime. Unfortunately we had to leave midway through the last song to catch the train home. But apart from that disappointment there were some magical moments. ‘Frozen’ being a highlight. A once in a lifetime performance at the London Palladium
The show was great, she was marvelous as always on live. Sadly she was late on stage, so the theatre decided to cut her show before the last songs was sung. However Madonna decided to go to stage and sing I Rise acappella with the location in full lights. An unforgettable night.
What a night! Tunde and Paul were spectacular! They played the old songs and the new songs. The new CD is brilliant. If you haven't got it, then you're missing out. The audience really gave the boys the love that they deserved. The London Palladium saw a really special night.
The only downside, and it is really minor, was that there was no brass section but no one cared.
I have seen the Lightning Seeds lots of times but last night was amazing! Out of this world and in an iconic venue. Can’t wait to do it all again in March!
One more time amazing
They are a class A band and definitely deserves all the respect from the people who come to the gig yesterday.
An absolutely brilliant performance by opeth and truly amazing band live and that's the third time seeing them and they really didn't disappoint and definitely worth ever penny and the support band was great as well
