Optimist Park

Optimist Park sits on 40 acres featuring an amphitheater, Rachel's Fun for Everyone Playground, soccer fields, baseball/softball field, bathrooms and a concession stand. You can take the beautiful walking trail, which follows a portion of Otter Creek. There is also an RV Park for groups of three or more with access to showers, electricity and a dump station.

Visit the park on the third weekend in September for the annual Autumn Daze Festival featuring a car show, live entertainment, various vendors, food and much more. On the fourth weekend in September, the park also hosts the annual Bluegrass Festival featuring musicians and dancers from throughout Kentucky and surrounding states.
