Utepils Brewing

The Jayhawks were fantastic as always. They sang all my favorite songs a few I hadn't heard before. The venue was perfect. Great beer and seltzer (Party water!), good variety of food trucks, quick lines and plenty of bathrooms. Plus the weather was perfect.

Great venue and the music rocked! It’s among how well they cover the stones. The sound is perfect.

I met her and she gave me a lot of hugs!!! One of my favorite artists. :) she put on my shirt “Annie ❤️’s Elsa” 10000/10, best concert!!!

Franti has a vibe unmatched by other artists. He immediately makes his shows about everyone, the audience. It is an experience not just a performance.

An absolutely amazing concert! Michael Franti is an amazing talent. He is soulful, relatable, talented, and his heart radiates nothing but goodness and spirituality. I’ve always loved his music and now can say this rivals some best shows I’ve ever seen (that includes the Stones in ‘71)! The Utepils Brewery is a great venue.

Incredible live show. Blew away my expectations. So good…

#Amanda Grace is just GOOD!!! Another great evening with her! We try to get out, when we can, to see her because she is very warm, engaging, and just a great singer!!! For my wife and I, it's like getting Jewel, blended with Alicia Keys, plus Emmylou/Lambert twang, when she wants to,(still think she needs a fiddle/banjo and uncage that ELECTRIC at times because i think that guy could step up his riff at times and force her voice to compete because she's so laid back lol!...ugh,ugh lol! 😁 Overall she's AMAZING local talent. Either way of your taste, she's always playing somewhere nice for good food and drink. She's a sure bet!! Thanks for the good time, AGAIN!!! For us, we try to get out, wherever she is, because it's a sure bet and worth the money! Did we mention her son plays the drums? The show was pretty good. The volume was great, not overpowering like some shows. No ears ringing the next day from it being so loud. It started to rain around 845pm. Then it came down hard around 855pm and the show was done. They started around 720 and ended around 855. A volunteer said they can only play until 9pm due to Minneapolis noise ordinance on Sundays. I would see them again.

For the most part it was amazing! It was our first time at Utepils for, well, anything! We paid the $70 difference for the VIP tickets. We each received a drink ticket and a VIP Badge. We were allowed into an area (stage left)and it was great. Until. Showtime. Then in order to see We had to leave the VIP area and join GA and Sing and dance along. Also, the lines for the food trucks were super long! Then once the food was ordered another 25 minute wait. Just need a couple more foot trucks one with a sweet choice would be great! The venue is a great place in the city to go to see a show! Clean, fun, conveniently located. By the end of the concert last night I was reminded of the quote by Vivian Green-"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, its about learning how to dance in the rain. "

Great show!! It started raining during Closer to Free. It made for a perfect ending!
