Great gig, the return of The Temperance Movement, wasn't really sure what to expect, but WOW they've still got it. what a voice Phil has (and what a fantastic dad dancer he is).
Easy parking at the Venue and easy access into the Garage itself. superb wee sweaty venue. If you’re a short ass you'll struggle to see in places, we got a great spot on the stairs at the back and we missed nothing, seen a few arguments big folk standing in front of wee folk. (Why do they always insist on standing at the front)
Would definitely go back to this venue in the future, and I already have tickets for TTM at the Barrowlands in a few months’ time.
Cannot recommend highly enough, Band and Venue.
The temperance movement are back absolutely amazing night great gig in a great venue. The band are back to their best if not maybe their best yet well worth seeing.
Been to this show many times over the years and he always entertains. His voice is getting better now that he has stopped attempting some of the higher notes and lets the crowd take over.
Outstanding performance! Such power and enthusiasm from two of the most talented guys! They never disappoint and always take time after to spend a bit time with their fans! They just keep getting better and better!
Me and my daughter had the best off nights gunners for life but massive respect to Duff for where he is musically and in life always be my hero along wi ma we Duff Duff, thanks again
From the opening act Josh Ross coming on the pace was set for the night then Bailey Zimmer came bounding on stage & never stopped he was electric and amazing young man phenomenal
Excellent night from Josh Ross as opener for Bailey Zimmerman he was full of energy from the beginning of his set to the end. Bailey Zimmerman was awesome he brought so much energy to his set he had us begging for more. He is certainly one to watch he will go from strength to strength
What a talent . Brilliant acoustic set , hugely accomplished guitar / piano playing . I was extremely impressed . Billy Joel apart , that’s the most impressive piano playing I’ve seen for a while and Kriss is a great guitarist. Wish I was seeing them in Glasgow . Hopefully persuaded then to come to O2 Edinburgh in near future
I couldn’t go because the trains were cancelled due to storm Isha but I know for sure that the gig looked good from their social media stories and reports on it
Superb as always.
The band put so much thought & detail into their show to give Bowie fans a journey through the many personas & stages of his life.
Andy is a superb guitarist - all the band members are at the top of their game - & John has studied Bowie to the extent he has his movements & mannerisms down to a T.
We’ll see them again next year.
Absolutely loved seeing Sylosis again live, as the last time was YEARS ago in Dundee - they were the highlight of the night for me, and I loved every second. Amazing energy right down at the front, everyone having a great time. The new songs sounded SO good! Come back soon!!
First concert after lock down, the band were exciting and full of energy good mix of old and new songs to sing along with.
Venue was the garage attic I had never been to before.. small, excellent staff. Sound was not very good, which was a shame as everything else on the night was really enjoyable.
Hope to see them again soon.
DaySeeker were absolutely phenomenal! Whole band are amazing to see live. The voice on the lead singer captures you with every heart felt word! Can't believe this was the first time they played Glasgow but they blew the roof off the place! Hope to see them come back over and do a bigger venue! Loved these guys since their first album!
Amazing gig cant wait for them to come back! Will definitely see them again! Cracking atmosphere, hyped the crowd and put on a good show for the warm up of the night
Brilliant gig. It’s the best album I have heard in years.
We had a fantastic time seeing them at the garage in Glasgow. Highly recommended to go see them before there massive.
Its just one of those things….a band has been around for a while but you’ve never had the opportunity or made the time to give them a listen. In saying that, some of my most memorable gigs have resulted from that scenario. This is definitely one of those times!! I’d never knowingly listened to a Voodoo Six track before their support slot to British Lion….but I was bopping away like a good ‘un right from the first song. Excellent rapport with the crowd….and a high octane set list. I’ve been Voodoo Six mad all day on Spotify….I’m just off to order some CD’s….because apparently I’m Gen X and that’s what we do!!
Great gig, everyone enjoyed themselves, just a shame the venue was super strict on finishing time.
Bar stopped serving around 9pm and band were not allowed to do an oncore at 9.15pm
Às my partner is disabled we arranged with the venue beforehand to be seated as my partner has mobility issues, could not fault the staff most kind and helpful, seated us in a booth brought us a drink and kept checking we were OK for drinks ,made us feel very special, can't thank them enough made the gig even better, as for the bands bloody brilliant ,the tickets were a Christmas present well worth the price to see my partners smile best gig ever!!! .
Orla is an absolute gem and never fails to step up to the mark. This was her best show to date and I will continue to go to her shows. I've been to about 7 at this stage.
Great show, you can really feel their passion for the music. Loved the long instrumental solos during the costume changes - the outfits all look very good by the way. The man's an absolute showman, and it makes it all that more enjoyable. Good show for young and old, there were more older people there but there was a few younger folks, and I really think this kind of thing is super important to the younger people who might not have had the chance to see the man himself.
I had a great time. I dragged by clueless pal along, sang my heart out, danced around a little, and was the lucky person to catch the drumstick at the end!
