La Veta Mercantile

The venue was new to me and, as the band itself said from the stage, a comfortable space with good acoustics. The band claimed they had done a gig the night before in Oregon and if they drove all night it was a miracle they showed up at all! This was the first time I have seen the band live and their energy was on display throughout the show. I am a lover of traditional Irish music and these fellas gave me the best of this kind of music I have heard in many years. I bought two of their CD's and will wear them out. Pete H.

He and Billy put on a great show last night. Foucault is a fabulous singer/ songwriter and never disappoints. I hope someday he’ll come to our little mountain town!!!
