We had a wonderful time at the Princess Theater. It was our first time at the venue. Suzy Bogguss put on a wonderful show. We will definitely come back another time for a concert.
Charlie and Benji are such a joy to see. Great variety of songs from BBS to Marshall Tucker. Simply a great night.
Etta May was hilarious as always! She puts on a great show. We've seen her 6 or 7 times and she never disappoints.
Kayla was amazing. Love her music and love the stories that go along with her songs. She is an amazing artist. She needs to be on The Opry
My Friday Night was on 🔥 Date Night with my Hubby, Drake White and The Big Fire❣If you haven't heard this fellow, check him out 👀 His music is so soulful and powerful, he is just an inspiration. Back in 2019, he suffered an aneurysm on stage and has battled back to where he is today 🙌🙏 Bug even got to tell him what an inspiration he is "If you can come back and perform like this, so can I!". Drake said "I'm humbled, thank you". He also commented on Bug's Blackberry Smoke shirt, "digging the shirt, Charlie is my musical muse. Best guitarist I have ever had the privilege to jam with". Blackberry Smoke is how we discovered Drake, he opened for them last year in Albertville, AL at Sand Mountain. Music is my Love Language 💝 #PrincessTheater #DectaurAL
So pleased with the show. Cyrus Steele was hilarious and his delivery was spot on! So talented. Been a big fan of Henry Cho for years. His interaction with the audience was so funny! Such a great night out! Hope they come back to our area again!
Drove to Decatur from Birmingham and this was the 3rd time I’ve seen Willie (7th time if you count Dave Rawlings Machine shows) Concert was great, and his accompanying band was incredible. He played several songs from his previous Folksinger albums which are always very entertaining, but in my opinion the real highlights were hearing his new songs that he wrote himself. I can’t wait for this new album to be released.
Oh my goodness, I enjoyed that show so much. I got tickets as soon as I found out and we were four rows from the front. The talent this father daughter duo is incredible. I was an experience we will never forget. 5 stars
Beautiful concert. Mat's voice is like butta' and Savanna's is pure perfection. If they come back, so will I. :-)
It was an amazing evening from beginning to end! I have followed Mat and Savanna and attended (LiveStream) all of their concerts since they began posting videos. Seeing and hearing them in person was a dream-come-true! The selections were varied and appealed to all ages! Their voices are outstanding, and their harmonies and arrangements are probably better than any I have ever heard. So many of their songs brought tears to my eyes, because Mat and Savanna genuinely are attempting to share hope and spread joy. When Savanna began "Bridge Over Troubled Water," I knew it was Kleenex time. I drove 4 hours to attend the concert. The people beside me had driven 3 1/2 hours from Oxford, Mississippi. I will remember this evening for the rest of my life. It was outstanding!
Great show as always. Haven’t seen Marty live in several years, but it was as good as it was the last time. Class act.
They are equally talented and hilarious. Such a fun concert! We loved it so much that we have tickets to see them again in July.
This is the third time seeing Sarah Jarosz. She’s just an incredible talent. I highly recommend seeing her live.
Steve Earle and the Dukes began their Jerry Jeff Tour 2022 with the Whitmore Sisters in a rousing, fun, and foot stomping concert last night, giving the crowded Princess Theater in Decatur a night to remember!!!! It was one of the best concerts I’ve ever seen!!! Thank you, Steve Earle and company AND the Princess Theater!!!
The Steel Woods are always SO heavy and tight.
We saw Tyler do something funny on stage last night. Let’s see if anyone else noticed. They played for two hours like they do when headlining. Their blend of rock and country and gospel and patriotism is very attractive to a lot of us older Americans.
This was an amazing show. The check in process was super easy, and seating was very nice. The acoustics were top notch. I absolutely will return again.
The SteelWoods were Phenomenal as usual! The staff at the Princess Theatre were the nicest, kindest & most talkative workers we have ever come across at a concert! Southern hospitality💙
Killer show. This was my first time seeing them live and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend checking them out if you’ve never heard them before. They can come back to Decatur anytime. #growthewoods #eagleup
It was great! Brandon Whyde, the opener was an excellent musician and performer. Then, Shawn did a great job carrying the stage as a one-person band. Her musical style is impeccable and her voice is ideal for telling such personal stories in her lyrics.
AWESOME time spent with John and his family and his wonderful band. Merry Christmas! Hope to see you again!
