Great show ,seen them few times now ,great sound in the Ritz ,elevated stage so you get a good view ,always gives a great rock show Todd and the boys ,;)) Michael Monroe was interesting undercard and never seen him before ;;))
As usual absolutely brilliant gig great set list high energy and great sound we even had a record signing before hand just waiting for Michael munroe gig number two tonight at kks steel mill in Wolverhampton
Yes I was there again and again they were awesome. Some songs from the new album that is going to be one of the best of the year. Go see these guys you will not be disappointed.
I should start by saying I'm not a Kula Shaker fan. By which I mean I like them, I just can't claim to hold them in the esteem that most people at the gig do.
In fact I'd never seen Kula Shaker before. A failed journey to The Roadhouse to try to secure tickets back in 1994 was as close as I got. The fickleness of youth meaning I didn't try a second time to catch back in the day.
With age though, in addition to a dodgy back and troublesome knee, comes a bit of maturity and a want to revisit some of the decisions of the past. So it was that Kula Shaker became the latest band for me to take a second try at.
I'm glad I did, for they are great live. I zoned out a touch toward the end of the middle portion of the set and I was a little disappointed that Hey Dude didn't make it in. I fully acknowledge that's most likely down to my lack of decent knowledge of the band's work since the early days. My mission now; listen in more depth to a wider range of their music and go to see them again in the near future. I imagine they'll be even better the second time around. It's just that I'll be about 30 years late.
As always Kula Shaker has bring best you can expect. Performed great way, full of joy and energy. And have to say support band made a great job too. My new band to follow
They were absolutely unreal, put on an amazing show, really interactive with the crowd, would definetly recommend seeing them. Theyre up there with the best bands ive seen 🤟
Absolutely incredible show from start to finish. The energy the band have on stage night after night, is unbelievable. I have wanted to see them live since I first got in to the band 25 years ago, but never had the chance, so this was an amazing experience all round. Getting to see songs that I love performed live after all these years, was truly magical.
I got to meet the band as well before the show, after purchasing a VIP ticket and again, it was amazing. They were all so lovely and made the entire evening a memory to treasure
Incredible show. Amazing energy. Staff were friendly and considerate. Venue has amazing acoustics the only downside is it was incredibly hot and they don't allow you to take in your own water.
Absolutely smashed it. First time at the Ritz which as a venue is really good. Got to watch the show from up on the balcony as my friend who I was attending with has accessibility needs. Staff we really friendly and helpful making sure she had everything she needed.
don't think I've been to a venue with such a high bar space to floor ratio, so there was never a problem getting a pint.
Hot Wax came on stage as a whirlwind of energy and attitude. smashing though some of their best songs. Was looking forward to seeing Rip it out being performed live and they did not disappoint. Tallulah at times going from almost a menacing growl to a feral scream, yet never sounding like she over did it or lost control of the vocals. That lady can wail!
I cant wait for these guys to headline somewhere in Manchester so we can see a full set from them. As a support act they were perfect, got on whipped the crowd up and then left (judging by the merch queue to meet a whole load of new fans and friends).
As a headline I'm sure they'll be epic.
Rory was fantastic such a great live show she truly smashed it
The supporting acts Lake Malice and Till December Falls where also well worth seeing all round great night.
Tremonti never disappoints. I was in Manchester when they filmed the video for Throw them to the Lions and was super pleased when they played it on this tour. I only hope there isn't years between this and the next tour!! 🎸🤘
Another fantastic show from Tremonti at a packed out Manchester Ritz. I can see the band playing even larger venues in the future as they have great momentum.
My Daughter (12) and husband had the most amazing time. The atmosphere was outstanding, and when they announced touring again guess who is in charge of keeping an eye out to make sure tickets are snapped up!
Absolutely AMAZING gig. Played some classics but loads from the New Album. He has incredible control of a crowd and sounds as incredible vocally as he does recorded. A fantastic night at a fabulous venue
I went to the show to see Hot Milk but was really taken with As December Falls. They were by far the best of all of the support acts and I really enjoyed their set. Great energy between the band members which translated well to me in the audience and gave their music an edge. It pulled me in and I found that feeling of being lost in the moment, which doesn't always happen at gigs but definitely did whilst they were playing. The only reason it's not a five star review is because as it was my first time seeing them, I didn't know any songs so couldn't sing.
Absolutely amazing experience!!!! Had the best time ever, could not have asked for a better performance (just wish the streamer confetti didn’t get stuck in the lights at the start 😂) 🩵💙
Despite the fact that RA was the first of these three performers that day, he was the best choice for nr. 1 because he totally warmed up the crowd and showed a brilliant show.
Venue brilliant although some of the local clientele were quite rude. Bad Omens were really tight and obvious they're a slick & polished live act. Only played for just over 1 hour which was slightly disappointing but the tickets were only £17 so can't really complain. Hopefully they go on to achieve the success their talent deserves
Chloe was absolutely lovely to watch, of course her music is brilliant, but she’s also so energetic and heart-warming to watch perform! After watching her on youtube for 2 years, seeing her right there in front of me truly made me very emotional. She really knows how to put a smile on everyone’s face! I just wish she’d played more songs - I wanted so much more!
Amazing gig. This band are on top of their game and getting better all the time. Great end to their UK tour. Will definitely be booking to see them again.
