Black Excellence! I had to see Jilly in her hometown of Philadelphia at the Met. I had handicapped seats upstairs which was the the air conditioning. There was a no mobile phone policy which made security lock up your phone up in a satchel. It was like the President was in the building. Jill has conversations with her audience to introduce her hits. She has so many. She did the new album songs then intertwined her classics. Only regret was she forgot my fav "Fool's Gold". The band is top tier. Jill made the Met look small as the house was packed. She could arenas.

BEST CONCERT OF MY LIFE. I LOST MY VOICE AT THE END. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH LAROI!!! You've helped me through a lot of struggles in my teenager years. Your music helped me get over past relationships whether is was a romantic relationship or a friendship that I lost. Keep doing what you doing and helping these young kids with struggles. You've helped me through so much just by singing one song. I love you and your music. What is some tips to get over an ex? I've been dating this girl for 9 months and we broke up 3 weeks ago. The show was amazing. The sound at the Met was perfect. My only problem was that everyone stood and my husband and I are short and had trouble seeing. Additionally, my husband cannot stand for long periods of time, so he did not see the musicians much at all. I would suggest anyone going to The Met in Philly get balcony seats if they can’t stand or are short. Also, I paid more for parking in Philadelphia than I paid for my hotel in Valley Forge. The streets of Philadelphia were a mess between snow along the sides of the road and potholes the size of swimming pool pools it was not a pleasant drive into the city.

Great venue to see a show. We were in the orchestra 6 rows behind the sound and light board but it was not in the way at all and we could easily see over the standing crowd int he pit. Well over 2 hours and 23 songs. While I wish the set list was a little different (I would have preferred the set the night before) they have so much great music and are so tight live it really does not matter. 7th or 8th time seeing them (all different tours) and as usual a great time. Considering seeing them again next weekend in Brooklyn.

2nd time at The Met, maybe 13th time seeing Neko. We sat in 2nd orchestra row MM. Acoustically ideal, crisp and clear. When we sat down, the mood music was Alternative Ulster. Hmm, that's odd. It made sense shortly when the Des Demonas took the stage. That turned out to be a real departure, and a pleasant suprise. I would say the vibe was like that of Parquet Courts. Neko is touring on her latest album and we got a lot of material from Fox Confessor onward. I'm shamefully less familiar with that era and need to rectify that. This was the show that finally convinced me of that. We got to hear In California, which was a treat. Gonna see her again in January.

Beautiful venue, but not handicap accessible. We thought the sound was good. Not really a bad seat anywhere. A number of parking garages and lots in the area. It is not at all so bad an area as others have said. Lots of people around. The show itself was awesome. The band played for 1 hour 25 minutes, not including the opening act, Ginger Root. Both performances were full of energy. Japanese Breakfast had a beautiful set design centered around an under the sea theme. I would see them again.

I loved the show!!!!! however I did not realize that half of the pit was going to be VIP and go in before everybody else... if I had known that i don't think I would have stayed in line from 10AM till 7pm I would have gotten there later because I was 20th in the actual line until they called for VIP then I was placed in like the fourth row back in the pit because SO MANY people were VIP. Also the merch stand did not open till the concert started and if i wanted a good view i had to get merch after, but that was the case for almost everyone unless they wanted to miss part of the concert, so after the concert the merch line went up two flights of stairs and through a super long room until you hit an emergency exit and it started to wrap back around. I could not wait in the line because I had something to do in the morning so I do regret that because the merch looked awesome! but while I was in the concert I completely forgot about all of this because it was so amazing, I loved their stage presence and how they interacted with us, and they dressed up for Halloween! those are just two things that annoyed me

The show itself I really enjoyed! Orville is an all around excellent performance, his voice is just amazing, and he really knows how to work an audience. We did run into some issues though. The band at times was too loud to the point you could barely hear the singer sometimes. I’m not sure if this is the band’s fault or the sound technician but it should’ve been fixed during sound check. Also the rows of seats in the Met Philly were WAY too close together, our knees were slammed against the row in front of ours and thankfully we were moved to the side area where the accessible seating is. The seats are not designed for anyone over 6 feet tall, maybe not even for people 5 feet 8 inches. Also the opening acts took waaaaaay too long with their sets on stage. They both did a great job, but we were there for Orville and it was an hour and a half after the first band began to play till the time Orville stepped on stage. Way too long. Otherwise Orville himself we really enjoyed, hopefully we’ll see him again at a more comfortable venue!

Peter was absolutely awesome. Fortunately the volume was plenty pound to drown out the chatters in the rear of the orchestra. The venue really needs to step it up when it comes to the ensuing arguments- one row says “shut up” and the reply is generally “f&*% you”. Peter himself can be found on YouTube telling people to shut up! I’ll never understand why anyone spends their money on a ticket and be less than engaged with the performance. And Frampton puts on a show that I enjoyed and the yakkers can’t even begin to relate to.

Norah was excellent and in fine voice. I like her on keyboards (especially piano) more than guitar and she limited her lead guitar to about four songs. The new album is gorgeous and she played 8 tracks from it vs ten she had been playing. Two ladies got into a screaming match near where we were sitting near the end. I thought it was under control and then it popped up again. I think it was about talking at the show. I’m on the side of the woman who told the other to shut it. Thanks, Jones!

My friend and I went to this show last night and it was, by far, one of tue BEST shows I HAVE EVER SEEN!! Lady A was amazing!!!! We sat 4th row center. The view was awesome. The acoustics were phenomenal. The Met is beautiful. I was close enough to look into Hillary Scott's eyes and see just how amazingly beautiful she truly is. I have seen Lady A 12 times before and they always put on an amazing show. The staff at the Met were so.kind and helpful. I can't wait tomeither see another band at the Met or Lady A again. Five stats aren't enough. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Sometimes life throws unexpected opportunities your way, like seeing one of your favorite metal bands break free from the confines of their main genre. Wage War is amazing live, whether thrashing or slowing things down. This band never ceases to amaze me. Due to poor planning on my part, we were super late to the VIP experience (bummer), but, when I went to ask staff if we could at least get early merch access, they swept my son and I into the venue and we managed to meet the band and get our photos taken with them! It was an amazing end to a pretty amazing week, and I am so grateful to the staff, the band, and anyone else we may have inconvenienced for being so accommodating. Thank you all! The show itself was on par with their other live shows, just really impressive, engaging, and you get the feeling these guys are down to earth and appreciate their fans. This show far surpassed my expectations, which were already pretty high! Hands down would love to see another acoustic tour from these guys in the future. Fancy venue not needed, but I will admit it fit with the holiday spirit and was an experience in itself. Nothing like seeing a bunch of metal heads at an opera house.

Great show at a great venue! My first time seeing Porcupine Tree, and I wasn't disappointed. They played a great assortment of their songs, and a lot of their new music. Steven Wilson's voice was strong and the band was really tight. The acoustics at The Met were amazing as expected, even up in the mezzanine. The doors didn't open until 7:30, but the show started right at 8:00, so there were a lot of people still making their way to their seats. They weren't allowing photos or recording, and security was busily enforcing this all through the show. They played two sets and an encore, for a total of 20 songs.

Tommy Johnston and company continue to deliver!! In fact, Tommy is one of the best guitarist from that era and is underrated for sure. The entire band is great. Michael McDonald was also with the band as an added treat. Sound is great, especially at the MET> And the timing, energy and overall tightness of the band is spot on. Don't hesitate to see...this was our 5th time, and we will go see them again. Jesus is just all right encore even had the old farts standing up and dancing in the aisles! Thats how good the DOOBIES are!!

Finally saw Alicia Keys live. It’s been a long wait due to Covid delays. Unfortunately, I thought the concert was just fair. Alicia’s voice wasn’t in the best of form likely due to my city (Philly) being far into her tour. She did most of the hits, though I was disappointed she did not sing If I Ain’t Got You. She did this DJ set thing to cover her new music that I didn’t care for. Also didn’t care for the opening act, Pinksweats. Alicia also had a couple of surprise appearances from hip hop artists that I did not know but the crowd really enjoyed them. I was anticipating this show for so long and then it finally happened and I was a bit let down. But at least I can cross Alicia Keys off my concert bucket list.

In 25 years of going to concerts, this was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen, if not the best. When the the band walked onstage and tore right into “Wish” without saying a word, it set off a torrential 90-plus minutes of crowd favorites and deep album cuts, carefully balancing eras (“The Wretched” leading into “Sanctified”; “The Only Time” spliced to “Closer”) in a way that felt like one big story. There was simply… No. Letting. Up. (There was, however, “Letting Go.”) This was a show for someone whose allegiance to NIN’s winding career was rewarded with lots of surprises (“Heresy” and “The Becoming” - TDS; “Burn” - NBK soundtrack; four tracks off “Broken”). The sound mix was perfect, too, giving everything space to breathe. And there’s nothing that can prepare you for that light show.

Gojira live is what I expected it to be. Loud, punchy, and epic. All the band members were on point minus the one who was out due to having a child recently, but his sub in tour replacement still killed it. All the songs played sounded fantastic and the drumming could be felt in your chest. My only issue was although all the audio was top tier it over took the vocals, so in some instances you barely heard the words. Other then that slight tidbit I am glad I attended and hope they come down again.

This will be my second time seeing Interpol since they last came to Festival Pier in Penn's Landing back for the El Pintor album tour. They had so much energy and all the songs you really felt the emotion behind Paul Banks lyrics, so it was awesome to hear live. The opening acts were my first time seeing perform live though. Matthew Dear was decent and Tycho was a really trippy experience with the visuals and the sounds of his many different beats/tracks. The only issue I had and some attendees as well were the constant flickering of Interpol's light show. I got a headache, so at times I had to look away or just keep my head down due to it. If you're susceptible to seizures then I would cover your eyes since it happened roughly every other song. Other then that I highly recommend seeing them live if you get the chance. It just doest hit the same when you listen to their music on streaming services.

Fantastic concert in Philadelphia at The Met. Judas Priest played for a solid hour and half with no breaks. It was loud and heavy from start to finish and did not disappoint. First concert seeing them so I can’t compare to others. They brought out Glenn for the last 4-5 songs so that was cool. Rob’s getting up there but he kept it going and the voice did not waver. Road crew and engineers put on a great visual show also with the set, props, and lighting. Would definitely catch them again.

I have seen Rebolution the last few years at least twice a season in outside venues and they were awesome, the high light of my summer. Although I just saw them at the Met in Philly and their performance was not up to par. I didnt feel like they were feeling it. Maybe they were tired. Not they're best as I had experienced time and time again. They're encore was short, they even cut the songs short. I hope that when I see them on Sunday at the Stone Pony they life up to their expectations as I have experienced time and time again!!!
