Crossroads Music Series

First time at this beautiful basement church hall coffee coffee-house like room. While we are big fans of Lisa Bastoni and Sean Staples, Danielle Miraglia was new to us. What a beautiful singer! Her songs were soulful, funny and enjoyable. Kinsugi was particularly unique. Also, she had this stomp box to pound out the beat. THEN: the fire alarm went off and fire trucks drove up during a heavy snow storm. What a night!

This was our first small venue event. My wife and I have been to many larger venue shows, 10,000 folks and much higher, including Elvis, as we’re in our late 70’s. Sunny was just as exciting to listen to, her singing, her small band, and her life’s stories. The venue was intimate and more than adequate. The sound system worked well. Tom McElvain was enjoyable as well. Sunny is very personable making herself available to everyone there. She is warm and very entertaining. We drove over 2 hours to get there, and it was well worth the trip and the much too cheap $35 ticket. We smiled our entire drive home. Thank you Sunny for coming to Massachusetts.
