It was one of the best experiences ever. Matthew is not only an incredible artist & story teller, he always keeps it real and personal. Tin Pan South is one of my very favorite weeks in Nashville. The intimate writers rounds and the artists behind the hit songs always leaves me in awe. It's just the songs in their raw form. I think Matthew said it best in his Day One Devo yesterday-
"I love performing at the big shows. The lights, the band, all the bells and whistles as they say. There’s something exciting and energetic about those types of concerts. But last night it was just me, my guitar, and some lyrics and melodies. And honestly, once you get used to performing with all the other elements as part of your show, stripping it down to just an acoustic performance can feel intimidating. There’s nothing to hide behind. It’s just the song in its most raw form. As I was singing, I felt God directing my attention to how often my prayer life can feel like a performance as well."

I go to riders events and open mics all over the city including down in Franklin and Pitch Meeting is unique and head and shoulders above the rest.
It’s a different mix of styles although everything is welcome – most everything in Nashville is country/Americana and Pitch Meeting is… Everything. You do get some Americana/country now and again but you also get jazz, pop, blues, and a few times even rap. It’s fascinating watching Eric the bass player/coach basically produce music they’ve never heard/practice before live in front of you and within a couple minutes it sounds like a studio album. It’s a real display ofnot just the talent of the writer/artist but also the house band who is amazing.
The new venue at analog is spectacular – the vibe, the sound, and the restaurant in the hotel is most excellent. This is one of the best things to do in Nashville.
The artist was incredible!
The band was dynamite!
The venue was super lame. Two huge columns ruin the view of the stage.
I can't wait to see nobigdyl again at Smoke25!
Keep it up and I'm psyched that you have a new venue for unplugged 26!
What an incredible band and concept. One of the best musical experiences I’ve had in my eight years living in Nashville.
Unreal and wa so happy I got to see them the day they release Olé Maca! Both super talented and I would watch them 100 more times.
We felt surrounded by musical excellence and everyone was so supportive. Crystal Rose brought down the house!!
Rachel was amazing to see in person. I loved the intimate feeling of the space and small audience.
We had not been to Analog at Hutton Hotel before but were wowed by it. Thank you for bringing her to Nashville!!
Amazing singer!! Hopefully this will be an annual concert. Happy Holidays !!
We arrived at the Hutton hotel about 7:30PM CST and found our way upstairs to the Analog Lounge. it was a smaller venue than I expected so we ended up sitting at a table with 2 gentlemen who had a couple of empty seats.
The opener was Mike Gannon and his band, who was an unbelievably talented slide guitarist/singer. We loved his entire set, and you could hear a pin drop in some of the quiet parts of the songs. This young man is no doubt going places.
Giacomo and his band took the stage and immediately got the FUNK going big-time. His very tight band sounded great, with the lady keyboardist handling much of the lead vocal duties, although Giacomo did sing lead vocal on a couple of songs, telling the audience that "He was taking vocal lessons" and played a new composition for us singing lead vocal. All the band members, keys, sax, and bass were all top-notch players. Giacomo is a virtuoso guitarist and we felt the show was well worth the 3-hour drive. We got to meet Giacomo, Mike, and all the band members afterward and they all were very generous with their time for a chat and a pic.
Such an amazing fun intimate cool show with special guest Ketch Secor
Excellent show. Good vibes, nice venue and solid entertainment from all performers. When’s the next one?
Awesome singer songwriter! Noah and his band put on a good show. His range - wow!
Great night of music. The performers was
Awesome. We will definitely be back
These ladies sing so beautifully! They never disappoint. Great new music too.
So good. Love the new songs! HCS
What an incredible show in a beautiful venue! All 3 artists were talented, entertaining, and put on a great show on what would typically be a miserably rainy night in Nashville.
Grant tore it up with a tight set of old and new tunes. Great artist, venue and performance!
I mean wow. This is the best concert I’ve been to in a long time. You could really tell everyone put their whole heart into it and seeing Austin play full band was a real treat. Steve and Climb the Sky were great as well. All around extremely fun show.
Such an epic showcase event of Miss EMI. So glad Music Producer Tony Brown called out some of the Greats in the Music Industry to meet her and hear what exceptional talent she already has. Many of us Sunshiners were present which made this event all of the more special. Thanks for Hosting!
Cam was amazing, all the performers were amazing, and the cause is heartbreaking.
