Absolutely outstanding live band. Must confess I've only been into them for a year or so, and I saw them for the first time, this week. Drove 3 hours from Milan to Livorno and it was worth every penny/ euro/ cent. Tom the lead singer put his life and soul into his performance, as did the whole band. I've honestly not seen such a performance in a long time. Their involvement with a mostly Italian crowd was superb, the atmosphere was really good, happy and Chris & Tom really involved everyone, even speaking a little Italian, which was very well received. The whole band were super- tight, and their performance was way higher than 10/10. Tom's vocal range is sublime but Chris's guitar playing is, as most people will know, is on another level! His technique is sublime; just look at his videos on Facebook, or the band's Youtube videos. I then returned to Milan, and, 4 days later saw them there. Another exemplary performance!! I brought my Italian girlfriend who speaks very little English, and even she was super impressed. Do yourself a favour and make seeing Cardinal Black a priority; they are very humble, down to earth, but give an outstanding live performance.
