Phenomenal show 7/23/23 at The Farmstand in Chocorua,NH.
Don’t know where Slim gets his energy but he is an extremely talented, truly genuine performer of the blues!
The place was sold out with everyone singing along every time Slim enticed us!
His band was unbelievably tight and smooth, laying down an infectious groove that was a show in itself!
I called out a special request of ‘When The Levee Breaks’ and hope that one day he incorporates it into his set because his bottleneck slide playing reminded me of Led Zeppelin’s legendary cover of the old blues classic.
Thanks for a great night Watermelon Slim!
Sincerely,
The Steve ‘Rasta’ Cahill Concert Network.

Another amazing performance by Rhett, and The Farmstand was a wonderful venue. Very intimate show.

About The Farmstand
Feel the Barn!! The Barn at The Farmstand has become a gathering place for the community and is available for special events and weddings. Kimball is also presenting concerts in the barn, tapping into the relationships he developed as an artist manager in the music business for 32 years. His career in music began with a very successful concert series at the Eagle Mountain House in Jackson, from 1982- 1984, and he is already bringing an equally eclectic mix of music to The Barn.
It is an intimate space in an 1810 barn with 90 seats. When those sell out, "lawn seats" are made available for sale at a reduced price and people set up in the dooryard of the barn or on the lawn.
Food is available for purchase at 6:00pm when doors open, until showtime at 7:00pm. It's typically BBQ from the smokers with appropriate sides, and there is always a special "All Jazzfest" menu before the shows with a New Orleans flavor.
