first time at XL !!! what a fantastic venue !!! have been wanting to go there for some time, now wondering why i didn't do it a long time ago !!! saw the Badlees, between the awesome venue and the Badlees,it was a great evening!!! staff at XL were all great and made first time awesome and won't be last time!!! as far as the Badlees,5 stars wouldn't be enough to rate what I think of this band!!! shoutout to everyone who attended, remember people,if we don't support events like this, great places like XL can't survive!!!
This band never disappoints! And XL Live is a perfect venue to see them. This was my 2nd time seeing Dawes at this location. A great mix of new and older songs. Had a terrific time.
My expectations were lower than they were for GTLO tbh. But they completely captured the power & the fury of early Led Zep, as well as the more ambitious & eclectic stuff later in their amazing musical catalog. They were high energy & fun to watch. And Club XL Live is an excellent concert venue
I absolutely love Mat Kearney's music on Pandora and after seeing him in person, I love him more! His show rocks! He's so talented, he's entertaining and funny, and he plays non-stop. He involves the audience. His band members are truly talented too. I do hope he comes back to the area. Like Hollywood Casino's outdoor stage! I'll definitely see him again. I watched his schedule for years and finally he came my way. I'm going to buy his CD's now on top of streaming his music.
King's X is the best bands ever, put on an awesome show on March 8th. Doug can play the bass like NO ONE else, and his voice is just a powerhouse! Ty can shred the guitar and did an amazing job on Friday. Jerry is hands down, transcendent on the drums. I love watching him pound the drums. When the 3 of them harmonize and sing together, I cannot tell you what that sound does to me. Literally no words. This band is so underrated, it's honestly one of the biggest musical injustices in the world.
XL Live is a great venue to see a show. The sound was great, there is plenty of room for a packed crowd, lots of spots to sit if you prefer to not stand and they have multiple places to get drinks. They also have food you can order and the bathrooms are nice and clean. This is one of the nicest places I have been to see smaller concerts (non-arena size). There is also a huge parking lot right next door and a couple restaurants nearby if you don't want to have traditional bar food. Definitely looking forward to going back in the future.
XL live is such a small and intimate venue, perfect for seeing upcoming bands that seem to rock the roof off. I was about 10 feet from the stage, and J bird and his crew rocked the house. Everything this band puts out are lyrical masterpieces. Keep up the awesome work, and anytime you guys are in town, I'll be there!
As someone who is a fan of a full stage and a full sound this band totally checks those boxes. Add in a tremendous fun performance where the band may be enjoying the show more than the crowd all while displaying tremendous skill. 12 out of 10. Would see again.
Concert was great. The security guards at XL live are a bunch of power hungry useless bitch ass cunts. Omg someone closed there eyes at 1030 PM while sitting a not drinking ..its the end of the world. It's sad we cant kill and eat the genetically inferior trash that work as security guards.
Got to experience vip at his Harrisburg concert ans it was amazing! Teddy Swims is such a talented vocalist and overall is a very down to earth individual and so kind. Such a great experience and would love to see him again in the future!
I first heard of Half alive a while ago, but kinda dropped the ball in remembering to listen to their newest album, but I didn't let that deter me from going to their show and I'm really glad I went because they delivered one hell of a performance, pacing their set perfectly and brining in new elements and changing the configuration of the sets multiple time throughout the night. Would definitely recommend! (PS. You don't need to know their music ahead of time to enjoy the show, if you are thinking about it, just go!) (PPS. They have one of the kindest fan base I've incountered!)
It was amazing. I drive 4.5 hours and got the meet and greet. I loved it so much, that I bought a meet and greet for 2 weeks from now for another one of their shows that is 2 hours away. AMAZING
Rakim The GOAT,!! This MC is over 50 years old, and still got it! One of the best concerts I've been to EVER!!!
This was the first time i had been to XL Live, and it was great! The interior was beautiful, the bar area even the bathroom was great! I would recommend this place to anybody!
The Badlees put on one hell of a great show. The best I have seen, and I have seen them thru the early days a lot of times. Thanks kids I walked out with a big smile on my face. Sorry I didn't stick around to say hello,
I can’t believe how fortunate I am to have seen this magical duo in such an intimate setting - there were 75 people in attendance? Maybe?
They are glorious and their love is infectious. I’m still feeling the warmth from the show.
XL is a very nice venue, and can accommodate a sizable crowd. This lineup absolutely crushed it for the folks that made the time, and Eternal Frequency was 100% the reason I made the trip. Every time I see them they command the stage. These guys are rockstars and worth seeing. Make the time.
All three bands (Magnolia Park, Real Friends, and Mayday Parade) were all awesome!!!
I’ve seen Mayday more times than I can count (including getting engaged at Sad Summer 2019), and they never disappoint!!
XL Live was an awesome venue… smaller, more reasonably priced (food & drink), and the vibe was still just like Philly, but on a less overcrowded scale!
Amazing. Incredible. Mesmerizingly beautiful playing with a voice to match. I will catch Mikaela any time and place I’m able. Have only seen her solo so far, looking forward to seeing and hearing the band in the near future
Thank you guys for a wonderful night!!! Made me so happy when Anthony recognized that this was a return to the venue first affected by the Covid shutdowns. I had tickets to that show over 2 years ago and was so bummed when it was cancelled, but had no idea how long it would take to see my favorite band again and how much our world could change.
Best show I’ve seen in a long time. These guys are legit! Unique sound, great lyrics, kickin guitar riffs, energy energy energy. Thankful to have a rising band to perk me up. Been a barren rock n roll wasteland for too long. Get big, but keep the club scene. It’s your most authentic calling card.
The shakedown was awesome! I was right upfront he came right up to me and shredded a guitar solo right in my face! Then gave me his pick! I also got a setlist. Awesome show and venue.
