The Natalie Merchant concert was absolutely fabulous! The setting, the band (mini orchestra) and back up singers were great. But I can't say enough about how wonderful Natalie sounded, how her songs and her being are always so moving! The audience was totally in sync with her performance. What a treat!

Outstanding, nearly 3 hour show. Her voice is only better with age and her band and the orchestra were polished and top notch.

Unbelievable. Spellbinding and hypnotic. Haunting yet uplifting. A presence, in voice and stage presence. It was all so right. The level of emotion and energy given by her was unmatched and remained throughout the entirety of the full three hours. If you are a real Natalie Merchant fan, the ticket is worth every penny. During the more emotional songs, she broke down into tears, a sure sign that even after all these decades, she still feels the music, the words behind them, and the power it has. Do not go in thinking this is the Natalie Merchant of 10000 Maniacs because it's not, and that is not who she is anymore. Yes, she still flows and dances with the music, but the music is gentle and, at times, melancholy. On select dates (the one I attended), she is backed by a full symphony and a wonderful backup singer. Abena Koomson-Davis is also touring along with Merchant during the first few months to make limited appearances, and they are everything and leave you wanting more.

Have never been to Alice Tully Hall before. Ushers are needed to help people find their seats Haven’t seen Ms Merchant for years. Sounded great was very comfortable interacting with the audience. Had bought her new cd and liked her new music

Amazing concert! Loved "Queen of Peace" and "The End of Love" additions to the setlist. I am still under the spell.

This was my 6th time seeing her, she never fails to deliver the best show one could hope for. Florence literally has the voice of an angel.
