It was an incredible concert, but an absolutely disappointing ticketing experience.
My wife and I were assigned seats next to each other, but in different rows. That's essentially the same as sitting alone.
This concert was very important and symbolic for us. We flew from Slovenia to Sofia specifically to attend it, and in the end we couldn't fully enjoy the performance of our favorite band.
What made it even more frustrating was that the people around us were seated together in pairs. We simply can't understand why we were treated differently.
We bought our tickets almost five months before the concert. If we had known that we wouldn't be able to sit together, we simply wouldn't have spent our time and money on this trip.
