Ulster Hall

Amazing!! The presence of God was so evident!! I loved seeing how much Strings and Heart and Josiah Queen love the Lord Jesus and how humble they are!! The whole night was centred around glorifying Jesus!! So so good!! Praise the Lord!!

This concert was excellent I use a wheelchair and the platform was accessible and well positioned and had toilets which is a great. However, some wheelchair users arrived after I had and proceeded to demand that they be at the from of the platform. I appreciate its difficult to ‘police’ but I do think there should be some regulating of positions on the platform

Jason was making his first Belfast appearance and it was long overdue. He played a blistering electric set punctuated by occasional acoustic numbers. But boy was it loud - almost uncomfortably so. For the first 4 numbers Jason’s vocals were practically submerged by the wailing, jangling guitars but this improved as the gig progressed. Maybe the sound check wasn’t as thorough as it should have been? Anyway a very enjoyable show.

I have seen this band so many times now, I cant recall how many, but this was the show of all shows. Set in the iconic Ulster Hall, underneath the backdrop of its huge organ, ASIWYFA, accompanied by the Ulster Orchestra and choir, celebrated 20 years of being. The arrangement of their music for the orchestra complimented their brand of instrumental rock particularly well. My hairs stood on end for most of the show as I could only drink it all in. A much younger and particularly lively pit area moshed their hearts out during heavier parts and swayed arms raised during the quieter times. I sincerely hope that someone was recording this show as I need to hear it at least 1 more time.

This would have been five stars but the fact they brought on Graham Coxon for the encore makes it a 6 out of 5. Loved it.

From start to finish, Matthew and the band had a rapport with the Ulster Hall audience. With a great warm-up act from Kassi Ashton, the hall was already buzzing in anticipation and Old Dominion did not disappoint. all their hits were delivered superbly with a few lesser known songs thrown in and even audience pick of 3 or 4 songs. The whole place was rocking!

It was an amazing show with incredible music, I just wish Inhaler would play for longer, it seems like they play very short shows compared to a lot of other artists.

Had an amazing time. My second time seeing the band the last was back at the Oxygen festival in Dublin 15ish yrs ago. Really hope they come back again 😁

Must be the nicest guy in music.I thought this legend would just play the hits, but No.So generous was he about the various gifts his band had and their back stories that this turned into the most enjoyable rocknroll Q&A When he did sing the ravages of age and ill health told on his famous voice, but it didn't matter, such was his charm. The band,all impeccably turned out in evening suits,were themselves brilliant session men who were as sharp as their suits. The Ulster Hall itself was also a star, with its storied history and great acoustics No interval,he kept playing and talking,it was nearly 11pm, I was getting tired, but I didn't want it to end. This was a gig that will stay us for a long time.We might not see Lyle Lovett again but his good humour wit increased us.

3rd time seeing these guys and when they come back it will be the 4th. Marvellously entertaining and the warm up Henry Wagons was an absolute blast even though he was Australian

Incredible concert. I have seen Tori Amos many times over the past 20 + years and this gig was one of the best. An outstanding performance.

Music and show were good, but for a band that's been around as long as they have. Just over an hour, way to short.

F*****g unreal show,!!! Beth ran the gamut of emotions and took the crowd with her.... She's amazing

Beth was fantastic. We seen her the last time she was at the Ulster Hall and she didn’t disappoint. She is so talented. Great voice and can make any song special. A truly class act.

I have been seeing Saxon live for many years and it is a group that never disappoints, its singer knows how to win over the public and they always give their all. The place where they played was the first time I went and I liked it, maybe a little more volume at the voice, but otherwise all very well.Ramon.

Absolutely f****n brilliant Nothing from the first 2 albums, although considering they haven't been to Belfast in 7 years, it's nice to see all the new stuff. And what a setlist too! Flying whales, art of dying, new found, l'enfant sauvage, and the crowd participation in Stranded and The Chant were unbeatable. Mario was a f*****g god, as per usual, and his signs in between songs was iconic. The opening acts were amazing too, especially a big fan of Alien Weaponry's haka before they played.

The show itself was incredible!!! Madison is such an amazing performer and her vocals were so impressive! The only thing I would say is that I tried to wait for her after the show to give her a gift I had made, and the security was not very kind but I wouldn’t call this a problem on Madison's part

Really enjoyed both acts but need to do my homework as barely knew any of the acts tracks from sets. Would love to see both again, especially if they come back to Belfast. I’ll definitely be watching out for Ecca. Thanks very much to Ecca as well as she made an ususally non emotional person smile by allowing me to shake her hand 🤗
