Eddie's Attic

Only recently discovered Cristina while perusing Spotify for Americana singer/songwriters. Read her bio. She's exactly as described. Incredible blues guitarist and haunting banjo play. Her lyrics are deep and self-disclosing. Her voice is crystal clear and her instrumentation is devoid of reverb. Her sophisticated fashion style adds a very appealing visual component to her overall presentation. Oh... and she handles remarks from the audience with amusing aplomb that discourages further interruption. That about covers it. I would expect her to break out in a year or two, in the tradition of Molly Tuttle and Sierra Ferrell. Glad I got to see her at Eddie's Attic, because I doubt she'll be playing intimate venues that much longer. I will travel anywhere in the southeast to hear her again

Another AMAZING show for Ed and Collective Soul. Ed is an adorable host. He really knows how to have fun and not take himself seriously. I love the guests he brings on stage. Everyone at these shows is family and friends and we all get along, laugh, have fun and enjoy ourselves. Eddie's Attic is THE ULTIMATE venue for intimacy and quality. They always have great workers there who are funny and support their customers. This is the BEST place for Ed to host his Winter Wonder Bash shows. I always fly from Michigan to Georgia to see these shows. Will be going again in the future years!

An absolute BANGER show. Ed came right up to me and said, "Hey Brianna!" and gave me a HUGE hug before the show started, and that's how I knew it was going to be a great time. Ed is an adorable host, he really has fun up there on stage and doesn't take anything seriously. He has fun with his friends and everyone has a great time. I will always fly back down to Atlanta to see him at his Winter Wonder Bash shows. I also adore that the venue allows me to bring my camera in to take photos.

I stumbled onto Amy several years ago, which launched an ongoing search for the lesser known (forgive me Amy, I should say "lesser known to me" 🤓) Americana singer/songwriters. Since I can't even clap in time in the midst of an evangelical praise worship service, I certainly don't have the vocabulary to describe just how unusual, pleasing, and entertaining I found the entire experience. Suffice it to say, I may not know "music," but I know what I "like"! And I like Amy's songwriting, bass playing, voice, side players, wicked humor, and style. So much so, that I'm headed to 30a tomorrow morning. I'll close with a 🐔buuhck, buuhck🐸readit, readit.

Paul Thorn is a consummate entertainer. A unique combination of storyteller, stand up comic, song writer and country gospel rock and roll musician. I’ve seen him a number of times and always glad I went. I couldn’t believe it when his show at Eddie’s Attic was announced. Eddie’s is a very small, intimate listening room in Decatur GA. Been there many times. This was one of the best shows ever anywhere. His band was tight and right as they ripped through a sampling of hits from Paul’s vast repertoire. All the players are great but the lead guitar guy deserves special kudos. I’ll be 1st in line if/when Paul Thorn comes back to Eddie’s Attic.

Excellent and OH so Much fun! By far the best concert and music ever! I adore Joyce and her spirit and voice is eternal! When you have the chance to see MF…… just go! The most talent group of musicians that LEAVE it ALL on stage and love what they do, together! I can’t thank them enough for the brilliant performance and lifetime of music!

So good. Stripped down set in a small venue. The simple arrangements, and Henry’s outstanding guitar playing and harmonies really nailed it. Rupert was full on Cowboy and totally owned it. Would love to see a filled out band with them, but this was so intimate and cool. Don’t miss them if they come to your town.

The bros are fantastic. Joey, David, and Roman were an another level. Joey's guitar playing is phenomenal, and their voices are like Jesus whispering sweet nothings in your ear. They were kind enough to chat with some guests after the show and I got a photo with them. Super great musicians and really nice fellas. Please come back to ATL soon.

If you aren't on the Stephanie Quayle fan-train, you need to get on it!!! Amazing, voice, great songs, an entertainer on stage! She does a great show and will absolutely make her way to the top of the charts. See her perform up close while you can!

Be prepared! If you see Ray Fulcher in concert, you are hooked! Seeing him in his home state was nothing short of magical - soooo many people singing along and him interacting with lifelong friends. Ray has a big voice with perfect blend of that beautiful Georgia twang and his talented band members provide background vocals on most songs. The best part of Eddie's Attic is the intimacy and kindness of the staff. Opening for Ray was the Adel GA native, Jordan Rowe, so it was a wonderful night of sweet Georgia fellas singing great country music.

KB is always a delight to see perform, but these were my first Thanksgiving Shows I have been able to attend, and I am ADDICTED! The small performance space means you can really feel the energy from the stage. I saw all four shows, and I think the last show was my favorite because it was a late Monday show with a small audience and us folks in General Admission were able to move up close and really connect with the band. Magical! I will be back next year, and all the years after that, you can be sure of it!

The entire show was phenomenal. Meg Mcree was great. Really hoping to see her again in the future. Kaitlin and the band were incredible. She blew me away with Little Sparrow to open the show and then just kept it going from there.

Oscar played a terrific set, opening for Toby Lightman, 35 minutes. He played four of his newest songs, including the one coming out on Friday, one older song, and two covers including Imagine. He was really good with the audience, in a small club. There was complete silence during his songs, and big positive response to each one. Oscar was also kind and friendly to everyone who met him there! This was his first live gig ever in the USA, and it was a night to remember for us all! :)

As always, the Steel Wheels gave us a great show. Their music runs the gamut from Americana to Rock to Gospel. From their sublime acapella 4-part harmonies to their full out rocking sound, these singer songwriters and extraordinary musicians totally entertained us. Love them! Can't wait to hear them again at their annual Red Wing Music Festival June 24 - 26 in Shenandoah Valley.

Loved this small venue and the guys put on quite a show. They played some new songs and mentioned they're working on an album. They are interactive with the audience and super friendly and chatting with their fans at the merch table. I hope to see them again. ❤️ this band.

His new music is different than previous albums, but interesting and lively. He did not play guitar or have a band, but he added a video installation that matched the music. He played a few of his older pieces. Eddie's Attic was really a great spot for him to play. Always fun and refreshingly fresh.

Oh my gyaaa...hes such a great artist. I've been seeing him since early 2000s and try not to miss a show in Atlanta area. I liked that his family even came to ga to support him. Hes a good dude. Hurry and come back. The opening performer was also awesome. Thanks for the almost perfect night...(my date was a lil embarrassing but all good. Hahaha)

After too long away my daughter, her fiancé, and I returned to Eddie’s Attic. Lucky for us, so did Lula Wiles. They said that their last time there they played to a whopping 9-person audience. Tonight they performed for a nearly packed listening room, and the crowd’s volume and enthusiasm could have belonged to a throng three times as large. The ladies of Lula Wiles are astonishing. They sang like angels, and played their multiple instruments like old-timers. Their mature writing styles belied their youthful energy and their approach to the entire experience - the looks they exchanged and their closeness to each other (both vocally and physically - at one point Eleanor seemed molded to the line of Isa’s back, bent and nearly hugging her from behind) - showed just how much fun they were having, and made it impossible for us not to do the same. See them whenever, wherever, and however often you can. I know that I will.
