Vetter Stone Amphitheater

On the banks of the Minnesota River, The Vetter Stone Amphitheater in Riverfront Park, is the perfect venue for outdoor, summer festivities and is home to the popular local festival, RibFest, which is in it's 23rd year and attracts over 20,000 people annually. Events and concerts that take place at the Vetter Stone Amphitheater are organized by the staff at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center.

The Vetter Stone Amphitheater was named a top outdoor stage for concert goers in or near the Twin Cities. In 2013, The Vetter Stone Amphitheater was ranked fourth in a top 10 outdoor venue listing by Star Tribune. The review complimented the amphitheater's tiered limestone slab seating, grass lawn, and the location of its beer and food tents. Also cited was the stage's theater-quality, woodsy setting and proximity to Mankato's historic downtown.
