This was my 16th Red Clay Strays Show of 2024, and it was SPECTACULAR! I'd never been to Las Vegas and the city was always a bucket list item for me. The Brooklyn Bowl was super cool, clean, well laid out and staff was awesome! I can't wait for another reason to come see a show at this amazing venue.
Thanks, Downtown C. Brown
I am a bit too young to have seen Black Sabbath so I was very excited to see this show.
I saw Zakk play with Ozzy a few times in the 8Os so i knew it was going to be fun.
The interpretation of the old songs were fantastic. I really appreciated that they skipped the mainstream hits and went into the deep tracks that I love.
Symptom of the Universe, Supernaut, Fairies Wear Boots, Under the Sun/Every Day Comes and Goes, and NIB - just to name a few.
Easily the best rock show I have seen in many years.
The touring audio console crashed after the opener but they scrambled and got it together after about 45 min. As as touring lighting tech myself I know how challenging that can be and the house crew as well as touring pulled it together and saved a bad situation. Cheers to them!
I saw Neriah ( I have never heard of her or her music) but if she is the songwriter on her songs, this girl has some talent. Her stage presence was on point as well. Her lyrics and style of music were just up my alley. I came to see Upsahl and she was the perfect opener!
Even with a bum leg he was on fire. They were making some sound adjustments during the show and it was well done in the midst of it. Vocals on point, energy on point. My only complaint is not Matisyahu just that some of the fans are so rude and definitely not giving respect to Cydeways, wish there was a bit more love in that regard. Brooklyn Bowl is a great venue and it was cool to see venue owner and artists give each other props too
A very fun show, although I was not expecting the incredibly rowdy mosh pit. I nearly lost the two shirts I bought as a result. Aside from that SiM is an amazing band, and they were just about everything I was hoping for in person.
General admission is difficult for me since I can't stand for long periods of time. There was no alternative offered. Sometimes tickets are offered at the Club Level for an additional fee which I am happy to pay.
The band performed well and the sound was good. It was nice that they had a nice mix of their new album and the older, familiar songs.
High energy show — AWOL was spectacularly divine!! Sound quality had too much reverberation and this took away from enjoyment of hearing the vocal’s clearly. Earplugs help filter the reverb but others who were there without earplugs mentioned how poor the sound quality was during the show.
Absolutely beautiful and profound. The members of this band are SO NICE. The venue was awesome, clean and well stocked and cool and the staff was great. Made for a really cool night I will never forget :) and Trans Violet and Vundabar were there playing and were awesome too!!
Foals always puts on such an amazing show! Last night was no exception! They brought such good energy and rocked the house at one of our favorite venues! This is the second time we have seen them at Brooklyn Bowl and I really hope they come back again for a third!
the best concert i have ever been to!! it wouldn’t have been as amazing without jay, one of the workers at the workers at the brooklyn bowl, helping me and my friends see the band they’ve been dying to see for the longest. <3
the show was amazing. i got their early to see the opening band and hang out w/ their parents. Joywave and Idkhbtfm really played to their crowd of very comfortable adults. met some cool folks in the crowd and we had a special guest appearance of Ryan from the Audience singing New Invention w/ Idk. perfect evening 🤌 -Garr
First time seeing the homie and I have absolutely no regrets! Omar is a amazing live performer! Got to meet him during VIP and he was so humble and down to earth. I will definitely be going to another concert in the future. ❤️
Definitely a show worth going to. With on thing to cross of my bucket list which was to watch Howard Join Killswitch Engage for one night. First time ever seen them with Howard as well. Can’t wait to see you guys in riverside please sign my Kse NASCAR. Jk but that’s the next dream haha
Wow! The first time I saw this band was by mistake and we’ll over 10/15 years ago. This time was on purpose and holy fuck what a great concert. Claudio sounded and played kickass w/ the rest of the band putting out hella great energy and skill making it one hell of a show to be the first coming off of covid. Well worth taking the risk of being vaccinated hahahaha great great show
Was difficult to see the stage and hard to find the merch booth. But the crowd was nice and the opening and main act were AMAZING! They sound great live and have good energy. They were super considerate of making sure fans were safe and staying hydrated. Would love to see again.
One of the most memorable trips that I can remember, being able to see my favorite band in Las Vegas was an incredible experience, blessed to be a part of it before the world changed drastically, looking forward to the day we can spend time with you guys again!!!
We saw them the first time at Las Rageous and were blown away. We couldn't wait to see them again and here they came. This time was even more fun because it was their crowd. They had a blast and we all felt. I tell anyone who will listen to check them out. Can't wait to see them again!
I haven't heard of Crown Lands until this show. I am now going to be telling everyone I can to see them. It was a great show and these 2 are stars. Can't wait to see them again. They will be on my Spotify list for sure!
Awesome venue with beautiful design and thoughtful layout. Chromeo never disappoint, but something was off with Dave’s vocals at this show; whether it was tour fatigue or in-house mixing, I can’t say for sure. The on-stage proposal felt a little disingenuous, but hey, if it helps the funklordz bottom line, I’ll sit through some schmaltz.
