Leon Bridges is amazing! His opening act was really interesting too!
Venue has uncomfortable seating on rough concrete. My butt fell asleep multiple times despite bringing a stadium seat pad. It was also very difficult to walk up and down the steep, narrow, concrete steps while holding my purchases and seating is quite tight also. All in all, they ruined the Greek theater in the remodel. The amount of uphill hiking just to get to the venue, then to get beer, use the restroom was too much! As always, please put more bathrooms in.
Amazing show, I was on the lawn and went with a few friends.
The sunset beforehand was beautiful, im not a fan of Country music but Wyatt Flores played great and he has an amazing voice. When mitski came on stage I was exciteddd, she has an amazing voice and such a great performer. Actual best night of my life, everyone was very respectful too and I had fun.
This was the definition of an incredible live music event. Beck performing with an orchestra and playing songs from Morning Phase and Sea Change as well as songs written for Roma and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World were delightful. At one point it felt like we were “levitating”. Beck’s playfulness and humor on stage as he played with the bongos and gong when the orchestra left was so fun.
OMG this show was amazing! I think it was like 4 to 4.5 hours long and it was the best hours ever! Also! The opener was a great band as well- I would get there on time so you can see them as well! I don't know what else to say other than best night ever!!!
The venue was amazing and small enough to give a more intimate feel. The concrete seats got a bit uncomfortable, but with a small cushion it was tolerable. The concession stand was organized and quick to get all the food and beverages. The only complaint was the merchandise line, which was none like I have ever experience. Not enough room for the waiting or the sales. Maybe an additional tent at the entrance for additional service since even when the line was the shortest, it still took 45 minutes to be served.
I really liked the music and the show; however, I'm not a fan of Maynard James Keenan's policy about photography or filming his shows. Nothing personal, but he and the event hosts need to realize that that's the price you pay for having technology in the world, and he needs to learn to live with that. Other than that, the tickets were EXTREMELY overpriced for the seat I got, which was $325.00 for a seat a row away from the nosebleeds, so I feel like I got ripped off. Oh, and a 6'7" Motambo guy that wouldn't stop leaning and obstructing my view, and everytime I would lean the other way, he'd lean in front of me again. Other than that the show was okay.
It was amazing! I've been a Perfect Circle fan since day one. It was great to hear and see them in top form. I loved how the concert flowed, alternating between bands and the various collaborations. I never listened to Primus much before, but they really grew on me. Puscifer was also great. The time flew by and I loved every minute.
Such a great show! My kids were tiny when these albums came out. My boy would sing “bah-bah sounds” when he was barely 2. I never thought I would get to hear Transatlanticism live, let alone Postal Service. Both bands were sooooo good. Never knew Ben could slap the drums like that! The Greek Theater was packed and so happy to hear them play. I could die tonight and live with it. More please!!
I have to admit, I had only heard Shark Smile and Vampire Empire before seeing them, but knew I was in for a treat as they sounded like they'd be good live. Yes, I was a newbie to BT. I'm 60 and couldn't find anyone to go with as no one heard of them. Finally I found a friend who was up for the adventure. We both were blown away and now huge fans. I haven't stopped playing them and now converted 3 friends who also have them playing all day. The thing is, now that I know them better I want to see them again, and it seems like they're tour is done. I put them on alert and will be seeing them again. There's no hype to describe the brilliance and soulfulness of Big Thief.
I loved every minute of this show!! The SetList is all the rage.. He has a reason for the season so to speak, the theme was "LOVE" and I caught that after the second song.. then every other song had a reference to, love.. I really approved of the messages he brought last nigh!! One for the books.. I LOVE NEIL YOUNG and all is work.. just to hear him with guitar and harmonica, made for a special night!!
The venue was outside in Berkeley, so it was like 58 degrees out! Luckily I brought a warm jacket and something to sit on. The Yeah Yeah Yeahs had a lot of energy and played lots of old and new stuff. I went with a couple of my friends, and we all had a great time! Most people in the crowd were dancing and singing along. I'm not a big fan of The Greek Theatre. The stairs going up to the seats are too steep, and the seats are squished very close together. You're sitting on concrete. On the other hand, the views were great.
My first time seeing NIN after so many years of trying to. Set was amazingly crisp and sounding great with all the looping and delay effects involved in Trent’s music it’s incredible to watch each member stay together. Trent’s voice is excellent. Ilan Rubin’s drumming was some of the best I’ve ever seen.
A last minute addition apparently to Caamp show as opener. May explain bare bones stage presence. Otherwise, I LOVE this band! Says soo much when the audience knows all the words and the show turns into a sing along. Confused why their following isn’t massive but, that’s the music industry. If I had a third thumb I would raise it!
It was lit everybody was on the same page to see Russ He’s one of the Best and respectful rappers I seen he was giving out water to everybody because it was so hot out there like everybody at the concert was Hella helpful a girl behind me I had a seizure and me and my woman helped her and attend to her and ask everybody to move back and give her some air I even helped a lady and man because she asked me because he was so faded
Best concert i have seen in a very long time. Interpol brought their A game, i was blown away. Great set list. So happy to catch you guys live again. Worth the 4 hour drive. Buying tickets to see you at Vina Robles amphitheater right now. Crazy stoked on the new material! You guys kick so much a$$ worth every minute and every cent!
Amazing show Saturday and Sunday nights! Brandi’s music means the world to me and I see that she is beloved by many. The crowd was way into the shows and I know Brandi and the band had a blast, too. Loved the string quartet- so beautiful. I just cannot day enough ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
They was so amazing we so close looking them dead in there eyes hard to watch all 5 at once 2 of them was super sexy 3 was adorable my grandaughter and i loved it i got her to like kpop she got me to like other groups i was just stuck on big bang they still my #1 Taeyang my favorite.
Stephen Marley was awesome. A lot of the crowd didn’t know some of his songs, but it wasn’t a problem for me because I knew most of them if not all. Started off with one of his Father’s songs “Positive Vibration” and it was awesome! It was too bad a lot of the crowd didn’t know his “Revelation Party” song because Stephen was looking for a reply from the crowd but mostly everyone in our area new it. All in all it was awesome. I left after Rebelution played Settle down easy because Stephen should’ve been the closer.
Was the best ever ok funeral artwork on backdrop them coming out in the black suits to Tunnels thee Anthem. Then after the third or fourth song I was like damn. Love the new songs but they played my faves creature to put your omg Neon bible songs my body is a cage. Listen when Miss Will approached me I shrieked it was like I couldn’t look at her I couldn’t believe I saw Win looking. I’d have a heart attack backstage how many years ago was Genesis and pigFace?
