The show was good, but I would have rather had Collective Soul as the headliner and Hootie as the second band behind Edwin McCain (who was very good). Nine songs was not enough. Collective Soul has far more great songs than Hootie. Every album after their first has been loaded with good to great songs. Their guitar riffs are fabulous! Collective Soul is a very under rated band and they are one of my favorites.
Absolutely fantastic! This is my second time seeing RHCP in concert and they were amazing again! They put their all into every show and I can't wait to see them again! We got two Encore songs! At the first concert I went to in Orlando, FL we only got one so that was really cool. I'm so glad I was able to see them again. What a great group and they just continue to get better with time.
Saturdays Show the end of the tour, Zac and the band started off comfortable with the first few songs.
After singing paint it black you feel a change.
The band seemed to become more engaged with each other and the packed house.
After a brief intermission the band came back with a mission and damn it what energy.
Remembering Jimmy Buffet allowing the individual band members to showcase their talents both with their instruments and their singing skills.
It was a memorable night.
I left exhausted from all the emotions they brought out.
Final date of the tour. Jelly pulled out the party and partied all night. Finished with his wife on stage for his last song. Final tour pictures and thanking all the fans and each of the 68 members of the tour crew. Super night of song and celebration. By the first person to ever be on the Number 1 hit charts for number 1 rock song and the number 1 country song for the same song as number at the same time. Jelly Roll’s ‘Need a Favor’ Makes History on Billboard Rock, Country Charts
Wish I had known they'd run a piano track for 5m at the end instead of another song. Saw them at welcome to Rockville honestly enjoyed that show a lot more but I was also on the lawn for this show Vs 20ft away from the stage for hardy Pantera tool slipknot etc I much prefer GA shows...but front row lawn here irregardless. Whatever they changed on letting out traffic at the show was terrible I parked less than a football field from where I normally do because I was coming from far away and it took 45m to get out of the lot. Never seen that at this venue. Also a shitton of people just came to see the openers and that became very apparent by the thinning of the crowd. Long story short seen them twice this year and their "first show back" or whatever was honestly better. Then again I'm probably jaded from the sheer amount of shows I go to especially this year in particular. If you actually read all of this I gotta ask you why man? Lol
Second time seeing Alice, and he's incredible as ever! Also, Her Majesty Miss Nita is phenomenal and gorgeous as ever! Hell, the whole band is amazing. I will continue to see Alice at every opportunity for as long as I'm able. I'm not a huge fan of this venue because the sound isn't as good as other places, and some guy who couldn't hold his liquor puked in front of us, so that was fun... but y'know. You go where the bands go.
Third time seeing The Smashing Pumpkins, and definitely the third time was the charm! Updated arrangements of the classics, a touching tribute to Billy's father (who lived out the rest of his life in Tampa), James Iha's deadpan humor about Florida's humidity and gators, and seeing Jack Bates on bass duties!
Oh yeah, not to mention that WPC (that's Billy Corgan) owns the NWA. Wrestling between all the acts, as well as onstage during "Beguiled."
I thought Motorhead was the loudest show I'd attended. I'm definitely getting older...
Great seeing Interpol again! Where's Sam?
Took my daughter to her 1st rock concert for her 16th birthday.....she wanted something special that she would never forget.....well,she got it×100! Fucking fabulous 👌 👏 👍 😍 💖 what a wonderful experience for her and I to share together! My hats off to everyone that perfectly and awesomely performed! Oh, ...and btw now she is married, to the guitar player from nickleback, as she so simply informed me of.Ha!ok kiddo, maybe in a few more years but not yet ....thanks to you all for puting on such a great show and helping me make the best of memories with my kid! Chad kroeger your awesomeness, and, a nice eye candy to watch , to say the least😘
This was the 13th time I've seen Night Ranger since probably the year 2000 because I was a kid in the '80s and I did not get to see them until I was a little older but let me tell you they never disappoint the three original members are just amazing as always they have so much energy they sound so amazing just like the CD! These guys are just an amazing group and it's their 40-year anniversary I finally got a t-shirt I got a cute girl t-shirt and I'm so happy I can wear it with some yoga pants and remember my fun night at party Gras! Jefferson Starship opened one original member who is 85 that can still Rock, then it was Night Ranger then Bret Michaels did a bunch of poison songs and brought Steve A. Former Journey front man that has an amazing voice he was also in the band Tyketto in the 80s 90s. I did some great Journey songs as well and he brought on Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray and did some stuff from Sugar Ray which that was not really my favorite thing but all the other stuff was great I'm just not a huge Sugar Ray fan but it was still a great show! It was sensory overload a lot of different groups and I'm in my 40s and I absolutely loved it had an amazing time had great seats they were definitely not inexpensive seats but it was worth every penny and my opinion. I would say All In All Night Ranger was the best performance of the night but the whole show was great they did not disappoint not anybody I would love to see the whole lineup again maybe minus Sugar Ray LOL
First time at the venue and I liked the layout, variety of food (Danny Trejo's Tacos!!)
Bradley Gilbert?!? Who invited this Trump supporting Cover Band to the show? Half the songs his band sang were covers! I came to listen to good music. not be part of a cult's wannabe live show.
Nickelback!! Awesome as ever! This was my 15th show across 3 countries, 2 continents, and god knows how many states. Ya'll put on a great show that is fun, entertaining, and personable.
PS. Chad, find a better class of band to tour with. We deserve better, do better. I thought Canadians understood that Trump is an asshat!
On a scale of 1 to 5 to give the band a 20 PLUS, They Rocked the Tampa Amphitheatre OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH !
Kelly Hansen, Jeff Pilson, Bruce Watson and the rest of the band have taken Foreigner from a mediocre band from the 70's to GREATNESS, they're actually better than the original band members. Kelly and Mick have put together a solid team of band members and they are all great at what they do but the credit clearly goes to KELLY HANSEN, HE brings the Energy Back To Life for Foreigner and I would consider him the GOAT of Rock Bands for what he has done over the years, These guys are awesome !!!
Sure none of the original band members were present either due to health reasons or they didn't want to tour anymore or they didn't get along. The new band members (some have been with Foreigner for 20 years so I would not consider them new to the band) want to be there they and are having fun doing the show and great things happen when you're having fun.
Me and my wife are in our 60's so we have seen them progress from mediocre to greatness over the years and this is the 2nd time we have been to a Foreigner concert in the last 2 years in Tampa. The band Rocked us BIG TIME last night ! We didn't want to leave !
We sat in the 2nd row $1,600.00 for 2- tickets and I would do it again in a heartbeat, it was that GOOD !
Kelly PLEASE make Florida your last stop on your tour, either later this year or in 2024, we love you guys
Fans remember one thing, the days of GREAT Rock bands are slowly coming to an end so get off the couch and go see Foreigner for yourself !
Wow ! Amazing show , all 3 bands in top form , all vocalists in top form ! Killer show ! My only complaint would be the sound was off kilter several times during the event. I had an amazing time , singing along to every song & rockin out the whole show .Those of us there witnessed & experienced a one time , never to be done again lineup , an important mark on musical history!
One of the best sounding live bands I’ve ever seen!!!! It didn’t hurt that they were in my bucket list but all the songs they played from Wolfgang made me feel so nostalgic and took me back to when that album came out and how it was on repeat for me that whole summer. They played damned near that whole album and the vocalist came out to the 1st level where I was sitting and I got to give him a pat on the stomach haha! Superb👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
ALL OF MY DREAMS CAME TRUE THIS NIGHT😍 I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN OBSESSED WITH THE BSB AND THEY HAVE MADE AN AMAZING COMEBACK! AND IM SOOOO GLAD THEY DID BECAUSE IM A 90’s BABY AND NICK CARTER WAS MY FIRST LOVE!! 💕 THEY PUT ON AN AMAZING PERFORMANCE AND KEVIN AND AJ EVEN STRIPPED DOWN ON STAGE AND TOSSED THEIR SEXY UNDERWEAR IN THE CROWD!! 😱 I FELT 13 AGAIN! WORTH ALL THE LONG LINES TO THE BATHROOM AND OVERPRICED 30$ PARKING AND 55$ T-SHIRT MERCH. (I STILL BOUGHT 3) GET YOU SOME GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND CROSS THIS OFF YOUR BUCKET LIST LIKE I DID!
She still has the pipes! I liked all of the origin story’s she told in between songs about her songwriting before they went into the song. Very inspirational and moving to hear and see her trajectory to where she is at and how she got there. I liked at the end of the show one of the last things she said was “listen to your favorite music, and sing and dance, because we need those little happy moments and sometimes that’s all we have ,especially now”.
I went for the stage show. The visual presentation was cool but unfortunately he phoned in a lot of the vocals choosing not to sing certain parts or was totally off key. My favorite guitar part was in “more human than human” and that was even off key (wrong tuning or notes being played). Didn’t help that the guy in front of me was holding up his phone the whole time either. Glad I marked it off my bucket list though.
An amazing first show, and an amazing lineup of artists! I’ve been a big fan of glass animals since 2015, and this performance did NOT disappoint. We took a TON of photos and videos too! Only concern was the pricing of the Covid tests which were $40 per person and were required to be purchased or else no entry, but it wasn’t much of a big deal to my mom and me. The glass animals shirts we purchased look amazing, and I’m looking forward to going to another concert of theirs some day!
I loved everything about the concert! I was ecstatic to hear that my favorite Allen Stone was opening for them. I loved the gift from the package I bought, which was an awesome picnic backpack! (Maroon 5 gave us a cheap pillow-ugh!) I brought a friend that had never seen them before and was not surprised when she turned and said this is the BEST concert I’ve ever been to!! I will definitely make sure I’m in the front row for their next show in Tampa.
This was a fantastic concert. Train can't be anything but outstanding. They interact with the crowd like no other group. I will go see Train anytime they are around here. The Midflorida Credit Union Ampitheater is a nice place to see a show but you have to be very rich to eat or drink there. It's crazy. I went to see Hootie and the Blowfish and the next day I received an email for a voucher for $20 of free food or drinks. Not one person in the entire place knew what to do with it. Even the head of Live Nation didn't know but she promised to find out and call me and today is Tuesday and the show was Sunday and I still haven't heard from her. But as for Train, they are the best you can see. The 5 stars was for Train and their performance. If I was rating sound, food, and helpfulness of employees, I would have given a 1 because I can't give a 0.
