Bush is always a force to be reckoned with, and this show did not disappoint! Gavin Rossdale is a master showman with a voice that could open up the gates of heaven or hell, depending on where Mr. Rossdale wanted to be! Bush had the crowd up on their feet, dancing and singing along to almost every song. When Gavin hopped off stage and ran through the audience, the place went wild! What a great show! I can't wait until the band comes back to Jacksonville!
This show was fantastic! Jerry Cantrell gave us a great show and reminded us all that he's one of the greatest of all time! I loved the news that he's got new music coming out soon, and he played a lot of the old favorites. This was the concert of the year, and Jerry Cantrell was the master!
I loved seeing Jerry Cantrell again, it’s good to see someone I saw from 35 years ago still creating music and still touring. I really enjoyed seeing him and Candlebox. Both him and Candlebox both noticed the older fella near me holding up his tribute to Andy Wood and acknowledging him, made his day.
The venue itself? Not a fan of it. I had purchased tickets months ago and usually you can go back and forth from seating to the floor and wasn’t allowed which sucked
It was the best concert ever. I took three generations with me, me my daughter and my granddaughter. It was awesome. Pat Monahan provides the best concerts ever he interacts with the audience. He makes it fun. He plays all his best songs. This is my 10th concert and I hope to keep going to them all the time nothing like it.
Train was amazing, they put on a great show. Love there energy. Pat Monahan was a great showman and he was great with the audience. I loved how he brought up an 12 year old girl to sing a song with him. He made her night and she had a great voice.
I enjoyed the show! Was able to sing some of my favorite songs, hear some new ones and everyone put their heart into the show even the opening act!
I'm just so happy Elevation Worship came to Jacksonville, Florida to worship here! I know it was hot outside, but I hope they come back some time! God Bless!🙌
This show was incredible! Gorge Birge, Corey Kent, and Parker McCollum were Spectacular! My only complaint was that Dailys Place Amphitheaters seat levels were not spread apart enough meaning it is hard to look over the people in front of you. I’ve been to Dailys Place Amphitheater a lot and always forget how they have the rows of seating. But all in all definitely worth seeing a Parker McCollum concert!
Excellent!!! not a bad seat in the house, good crowd. paid for the cheap seats was asked during Elle King portion of show if our group had any interest in moving down to the pit! We did, of course and the show was even better. thanks for coming back to Florida. I had seen them in Tallahassee last fall.....the Troubadours don't disappoint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rod was great. I appreciate that he's still sharing his talent with the world. He was wise to share the stage with his backup singers to give him a break between songs. I love that they sang some great classics. They're all beautiful, but it seems like the cameraman was in love with only 1 as he kept focused on her while the others were singing. Share the spotlight and give credit to those talented women. Daily's place was nice but could offer better food. We all don't want to eat fried food, sausage, and nachos. We're willing to pay for better food.
Note to visitors: you can not bring in umbrellas. It doesn't say it on the website. The venue office does not answer the phone.
I love Rod, he and I go back a long way. But there was too much from his "disco era", too much from the (admittedly gorgeous) backup singers, and not enough from Rod's earlier work--not to include "You Wear it Well" is almost criminal! I realize Rod is 79 years old and can do whatever he wants, but I was left wanting a different mix of songs--that's personal to me, of course.
The venue was great as always, though the weather could have cooperated!
Midland was absolutely fabulous. They never disappoint, we have been following them for years and so happy to have them back in our area. The guys new dancing moves stole the show! Can hardly wait for your new music to drop... however I do LOVE the old songs as well. Look forward to seeing them again soon! ~Tammy
Howard Jones was part of the Letting it Go tour with Culture Club and Berlin. Great great great show! As the opining act, he brought the energy FOR SURE!!!
Honestly, I had no idea who Howard Jones was, until I heard him sing songs that were so familiar from the 80's, I just wasn't aware they were his... I am now much smarter! Howard Jones was worth the price of admission all by himself! Add Berlin on top of that, and then Culture Club... Boy, we really scored with this concert!
Such a good concert! I was very impressed.
We were disappointed that we missed them in Orlando, FL a few months back, so happy they joined the Culture Club tour. Honestly, I went to see Berlin, and I was not disappointed at all.
Terri Nunn did a whole song walking around the amphitheater, it was amazing!
Howard Jones was great. Berlin was amazing. I love Culture Club BUT their section of the concert was a let down. They didn’t perform a lot of their hits (google set list) and the ones that they did perform, the music was rearranged to modernize the song which was a total let down. I don’t know why artist do that. People want to hear the original song.
Matchbox Twenty was absolutely AH MAZING and well worth the wait of 3 years!! They put on such a great show playing their hearts out for everyone after we waited out a 3-hour thunderstorm. They were so gracious and played for over 2 hours to make up for the rain. I absolutely love Rob Thomas and Matchbox Twenty!!
It was really good. Although it rained and the stadium was wet and cold, they also kept the fans on, which made it even colder🥶 The concert itself was great, but the line to get in was confusing, and the people receiving us and showing us where to go were quite rude as well as uncoordinated. They didn’t show us where to go so my family was confused on where the line to get in was. There really should have been better structure and organization.
This was an acoustic set. Hope your doing well Brett we missed you. As usual BBS was tight and right playing into the night. It was an adventure cause I rode my Harley from Tampa to Jacksonville and even though it had rained the sun would come out as I traveled listening to BBS the entire way and me just singing in the wind. Can’t wait until I can do that again on my way to see another show. Love ya my brothers. Roaddog will see you again until then I’ll be listening in the wind.
I love their music but had never seen them live. Many bands are even better in concert than on their albums. Unfortunately the 2022 Goos are not. The songs in concert were a bit more acoustic and not as vibrant as on their albums. Johnny still looks great and can still sing, but I didn’t like the arrangements. It feels like they are going through the motions and not having fun.
My second time seeing Troye. I loved every moment of it. I loved Kim, and Leland as well! Well put together. I’ve been following Troye since day one, I’ve been following Leland’s work for awhile as I am a singer-songwriter, producer, mixing and mastering engineer.. and so on.. and he intrigues me, so to be able to shake his hand, amazing. Thanks guys for putting on a good show. One day we will all be friends. This show made me feel like I was watching a couple of my LGBT friends rocking out and I was supporting them. Soon enough. Dwight Lavon, OUT. ❤️ thanks for an awesome night guys.
The concert was awesome. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the actual concert, is with the Meet & Greet package merch. The collectible tour poster that was supposed to be signed by both of them was only signed by one, the ‘exclusive snapback’ hat was not a snapback at all, and while I saw some people had the lighter, my bag did not come with one.
