I’ve never been much of a country fan, in fact, I listen to rock and metal. I didn’t know many of the lyrics to the songs, but I still had a BLAST! They were so fun, they interacted well with the audience- and I literally went crazy when they started to play “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers. Overall, a very fun concert!!
The show was incredible, and definitely a must-see! He played a whopping 25 songs, including new songs and classics. The classics performed with a hint of country flair were really what set the performance apart and something you could only catch live!
Also, if you know how to play "Stay" on guitar and are brave enough to get on stage and play in front of 20,000 fans, get tickets to the pit and bring a sign. Just saying 😉
Of all the concerts I’ve ever been to, this concert was the most beautiful and emotional for me. The set list was perfect… I couldn’t have asked for more. Hozier is a poet with a transcendent voice, the band was amazing, and Allison is super sweet… I could go on and on, but I’ll just say that I feel so fortunate to have been there. 🥰🥹🐝🍀
This was magical, each member of this band brings their own beautiful peice to a whole that is unbelievable. I was completely enamored. Jon mess’s screams are so powerful and equally flawless live as it is in recording. Matt Mingus looks like he’s weightless when he’s playing. Andrew brings such a bubbly energy, you can’t help but dance along. Will in Swan is a god bringing his unique and pioneered flavor to every song. What a cozy fella. Don’t get me started on the sheer rock n roll essence that is Sergio Medina. His stage presence is so energetic! As well as Martin Bianchini did for this show, I’d love to see him in Secret Band live.
When FIR came last year as an opener for A7X, I felt like they stole the show. As the headlining band, it was on another level! The place was packed and Ronnie and company did not disappoint. One of the major highlights was when there was a surprise appearance from Jelly Roll and mgk for "All My Life"
Fun show! It was nice to hear Filter for the first time in a long time. Ministry was great as usual though I was sad they didn’t play their favorite song of mine, ‘So What’. My first time seeing Alice Cooper live and I’m so glad I did. The whole band are professional entertainers. Very good! Also my first time seeing Rob Zombie and was overjoyed to hear my favorite White Zombie songs in the mix. He puts on an amazingly entertaining show and worked his ass off to pump up the crowd, which wasn’t easy.
The openers were not that good. There were at least like 5 of them, and they took forever to get through their performances, which were boring. The reason I give the concert 4 stars though is because Limp Bizkit was AMAZING. I love how Fred Durst interacted with the audience and even brought 2 people on stage. The songs were great and Limp Bizkit were great performers.
This first time I saw Dirty Heads was when they opened for 311 several years ago at USANA. I hadn't heard much of their music, but I was hooked after that show. This was now the 4th time I've seen them live and every time they bring such a great energy and vibe. If you haven't seen them live, you're missing out!
Incredible energy, from both Alanis and Joan Jett. Usually I find the Union Amphitheatre to be a high stress venue, but this time things were very chill. The crowd was pretty respectful. Alanis was very interactive, and even came out to the back of the seated area for a number of songs. She was onstage a full 2 hours and kept things charged until the very end. We went home and tired and blissful.
One of the best nights of live music in my life. Well done all. I think I would go see it again if I could. The band, the crowd, the lights, and sound were electric. I had a feeling when I saw the full lineup we were in for something great. I would love to work on that tour and taste that as many times as possible. The chemistry is right.
It was, literally, one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. My son, who passed away suddenly in 2023, was with me & loved you guys!! We got matching T-shirts there too. Even though he is no longer with me, I will have those memories, pics, videos & amazing music from 311. Thank you so much for that!!😊
Would've been great if a transformer wouldn't have been hit and knocked out the power part way through the last band. On top of that, Megadeth had technical problems and for whatever reason they had to cut their set in half. Even though there was one band left, why couldn't Megadeth's time be paused? Is it the venue's (Usana Amphitheater) fault‽ I've been waiting for 30+ to see Megadeth live since I knew of them! It was so great to see Dave and the band shred though, I truly hope they come back to Utah for another concert very soon!
Fire from the gods and the hu was ok, Megadeth sucked and about four songs into 5fdp there was a power outage that shut down the show. It sucked shit for 600.00 it was a fucked experience. I am a great fan of 5fdp and it would have been an awesome last stop or the tour.
The show wasn't the problem. The was I had been waiting for 10 months to finally get to experience 5FDP in concert with my son. But Usana with all the money they make failed to keep the tech crap up to date so after power went out & couldn't get the show running again. I paid for nothing & to make it worse..The band spend almost an hour on stage giving away signed shirts, guitar picks drum sticks Etc cause they felt bad but us lower class people who couldn't afford pit tickets weren't even allowed to get close to the band even after almost everyone had left. This was the concert that my son and I were the most excited to go to and then he lets me know this morning that Five Finger Death Punch might be calling it quits they had mentioned at the concert in Denver about retiring. I don't expect the band to come into the crowd but the fact that security wouldn't let us close to the pit to maybe interact with the band was ridiculous considering we stayed till the very end and was kicked out. That's how much we love Five Finger Death Punch but if you didn't pay the money for the expensive tickets you ended up with nothing but disappointment because you know the show was going to be out of this world. Thank you to Five Finger Death Punch for all the amazing music you have provided us over the years. You have definitely been my favorite group my whole life sincerely Cassandra Martin from Grantsville Utah
Earth, Wind & Fire was absolutely remarkable! High energy still sound pretty good even after 50 years! Santana however, he was mediocre. Still enjoys music and his talents! However I’m not paying a lot of money to listen to political points of you! Stick to the music, you’re a crappy politician! It just goes to show, but to be relevant it seems like you have to be a liberal! I would not go see Carlos Santana again, unless he did away with the political crap!
Stevie Nicks still sounds good at 74 years old! Her back up singers that have been with her forever, really picked up their portion of the evening! The lady that opened for her was average! Heather lifelong love affair with Stevie Nicks, and it’s 66 years old I finally get to see her. And my wife wasn’t even jealous!
One of the best concerts I have ever been to. The Bad Wolves rocked the house, Nothing More blew me away. Five Finger Death Punch played all of the songs I wanted to hear. Great performance with pyrotechnics and lasers. Breaking Benjamin played their hit songs and did not miss a beat. Such a Rocking venue. There was a big crowd and security did a good job of keeping things under control. All together this concert ROCKED!!!!!
in the many occasions I've seen Styx perform this had me one of the "tightest yet able to relax and enjoy" performances I've seen them play. I'm not talkin that I was sitting and relaxing, oh no, I was on my feet from the beginning to the end on this one. They were relaxed and playing without fear and the sound was tremendous the weather was perfect. A great night for all three bands actually.
