Le Botanique

Everything was amazing. The opening acts were great, organization was smooth, main artist was sooooo good. Only negative Point: microphone of the main artist was too quiet, we could barely hear him during the songs.

Bottanique is always nice! Though its strange wide spread shape everybody in the orangerie is always quiet close to the stage wich makes it possible for everybody to have a nice view over the stage. No one ever is far behind in the back. As for the young gods,... the were as always excellent again. For the fourth time through the years I saw them they are always very good! They are an amazing live band which are always surprising! They always evoluate and you never know exactly what to expect. I really like that. The sound is amazing, the light show is so nice and the really play well! This time I gave them four stars instead of five because there were a lot of songs which I did not know so well which is my personal experience of course, even though it has nothing to do with the quality of the show... just as fan you have your personal favorites which you like them to play. They have such a big catalogue which makes it almost impossible to play all my favourites in one show. The good thing is they keep on playing all their song through the years , shifting them from tour to tour and never are boring. Even live the songs evoluate and change . So even without all my favourites they hit it again! There wasn't even one fawl or bad song!

Very fun and high-quality show. The Botanique's Museum room is not too large, but has a quaint atmosphere and offers excellent sound quality. It got filled to capacity with a diverse crowd, ranging from grey-haired rockers to mulleted hipsters. The band--Julie Dawson (vocals, guitar), Fiachra Parslow (drums), and Sean O'Dowd (guitar)--was joined by Marie Freiss on bass. They played with palpable pleasure and gusto. Julie is a fabulous frontwoman. She commanded the stage, with her green leopard print dress, white hair, and, of course, her wonderful voice. An hour rushed by, filled with the best songs of their two albums. Although the songs from Altar have a much more rock vibe than their earlier work, allowing Sean to rock out during solos, the crowd tended to stay put, content to just bob and sing along to the music instead of dancing. Doesn't mean there was no atmosphere, quite to the contrary, just that the crowd was more into savouring the music than into engaging in mosh pit antics. In all, a really wonderful concert. I hope to see Newdad again on stage in the future.

IT WAS SOOO GREAT!!’ i loved the concert so much and i had the best time there. the people were so nice and the speeches Alexia gave were inspiring and gave me so much confidence!!! i really wish they’d come back here **!!

Magnifique performance, un voyage éclectique à travers les textes et les compositions de Marie, accompagnée par des musiciens très efficaces, avec une présence scénique qui a fait de ce concert un grand moment d'émotions.

Artiste en devenir. Je l'ai vu également à paris la veille et elle est cette artiste qui débute doucement mais dont on est sûr qu'elle finira par remplir des plus grandes salles. Ambiance très sympa et une excellente soirée.

Everyone was sooo nice, I got last minute ticket and I’m really glad I did, the opener was incredible and It was my first time seeing Alessi live so I absolutely loved it 💗

Un peu déçue par la brièveté du concert et l'aspect un peu mécanique de la prestation. Dommage, aussi, que les musiciens ne communiquent ni avec le public ni entre eux, chacun pour soi...

considering tickets were 'sold out' and there were 546 people on the 'waiting list' there wasn't enough crowd, and nemzzz was barely there for 45 mins, concert was overhyped and overy expensive for the last minute tickets. Overall, very good concert, i enjoyed it but extreme amount of pushing

Artiste incroyable, le show était vraiment chouette, artiste très proche de sa communauté, il est descendu dans la fosse pendant le show et à permis de faire une photo avec a la fin, je recommande

They were so heartwarming, you could feel how close to each other they are. Particularly loved the moment when their manager (the Dad) made a little speech to present them you could feel how proud he is. The energy on the scene was fire !!

The Botnique is a very nice venue for sure in downtown Brussels. The music evening concerts started with the artist Benni and her band and it was a total discovery for me and I liked her songs and music. Followed by one of my favorite singer songwriter William Fitzsimmons. I did feel sorry for him and his fellow guitarist touring with him (2 men band) as there was so much surrounding noises in the chapiteau during their live performances, many people were more focusing on talking to each others than listening to the artists on stage that it was almost impossible to really hear his live acoustic music and songs. I would have been him, I would have left the stage instead of going on with his live set. It was really a shame from the people in and around the chapiteau. Many people did not respect the artist on stage. The final act of the evening was great in the company of the Paper Kites band. I have been really hooked with their music since I dicovered them few years ago. And they gave a really great live gig perforances and I really enjoyed it big time. Their acoustic accapella version of "bloom" was magic.

The music was just perfect. TPK and MARO's performances were inspiring everyone to let go, sing along and just enjoy the moment. Truly a night that will stay with me forever 💜

Très chouette concert, dans une belle salle! Le groupe était à fond et le son était bon. J’aurais juste aimé qu’on entende un peu plus fort le chanteur…

Thank to you Mr Andy Shauf. We had a great time The setlist was perfect and the sound very clean. Brilliant compositions. The band was very good with nice light show. The musical arrangements were diversified.
