Infinity Hall Hartford

Stellar show, one of JGB’s best I have attended! Loved the Funk infused numbers, surprised by more than usual Grateful Dead songs. A wonderful surprise to hear Corrina and a sweet Help, Slipknot , Franklin’s Tower trio! Thank you so much for all you Guys do! Hartford loves you! 🎶💞

Love Papadosio, seen them over the years many times. Love the venue (Infinity Hall), great sound, friendly staff, reasonable ticket & drink prices. This show was more of a crowd pleaser, smooth jazz esque, composed affair than the improvisation heavy, heavy psychedelia, flowing show from Fairfield the night before. But that's the nature of jambands, & in fact makes things interesting. Nevertheless, a fine time was had by all.

The Adam Ezra Group and their opener Sirsy absolutely rocked Infinity Hall. The sound system and acoustics are fantastic at the Infinity. If you get a chance, see these bands! You will not regret it.

It was a great show. Place was fill. They always put on a great show. It was long and they did alot of their best hits. Crowd was very good.

Great show! Justin still has a magnificent voice. His touring band of Mike Dawes, Julie Ragins, and Karmen Gould are very talented and have happy chemistry with Justin.

Justin never disappoints - great show. Only problem was I had the largest man in the theater sitting directly in front of me. Had to look around him all night. Infinity Hall should set the seating so as to have a bit of a stagger in the alignment to avoid that situation. Have been to Infinity hall many times and never noticed that before. Must never have had such a huge person right in front of me!

The 1st time I saw Justin Hayward perform in person was nearly 45 years ago with The Moody Blues. So I don’t expect him to sing like he did then at age 32. But I thoroughly enjoy his stripped down solo show that he’s been performing for the past 10 years, accompanied by virtuoso guitarist Mike Dawes (who also performed a jaw dropping 5 song set to open the show), former Moodies touring multi-instrumentalist Julie Ragins on keyboards & vocals, and, for the last 5 years or so, dynamic flautist / vocalist Karmen Gould. As a lifelong Moody Blues fan, I would be thrilled if Hayward played an entire show without a single hit single. But that’s never going to happen, and he didn’t disappoint the casual fan, starting the show with Tuesday Afternoon and wrapping up the show with the hit parade of Your Wildest Dreams, Question, Nights in White Satin (which, laughably, was almost an afterthought, in my mind), The Story in Your Eyes (which included a “fire” performance by Gould) and I Know You’re Out There Somewhere. In between was a wonderful mix of solo material, including a beautiful new song Living For Love, 2013’s wistful The Western Sky, and the international hit Forever Autumn, which is always a high point of Justin’s show, classic Moody Blues favorites The Actor & Never Comes the Day, and rarely or never played Moodies songs, Blue World (not performed live since 1984) and 1991’s Hope & Pray (which should have been a single). Toss in the 1981 hit The Voice, on which Hayward & Ragins effectively traded off vocals, and I was one happy fan. If I had any complaints, I’d say it was that 5 of his 6 solo albums were completely ignored, and I wish he hadn’t shortened “Never Comes the Day,” as it is a favorite of mine. He also ignored the 1975 album Blue Jays, recorded with his Moody mate John Lodge. But he’s performed at least 3 songs from that album on previous tours, and I have a glimmer of hope that the duo will reunite in 2025 to celebrate its 50th anniversary! 😀

His music talked to me, moved me since his start. It was wonderful to hear and see him again in such a close local environment. Your band members are a perfect match for you, your songs are forever. Bucket list in my own neighborhood! Thank you for coming to Hartford! XO

John Lodge and his 10,000 Light Years Band gave an exciting performance at the Infinity Hall in Hartford, CT on Feb 25th. The first half of the concert featured John's very popular songs with the Moody Blues plus a song from the Blue Jays album. John also included a tribute to the late Ray Thomas with his song "Legend of a Mind" , also known as Timothy Leary's Dead. All of these were big audience pleasers. The second half of the concert was the entire "Days of Future Passed" Moody Blues album, historically recognized as the beginning of Progressive Rock genre. The late Graeme Edge contributed a video recitation of his own poetry at the beginning the "Nights in White Satin." The smiles on the band's faces were mirrored by the smiles of the audience' faces. There were many standing ovations by a very happy audience.

Amazing! Love seeing Phish covered so well, the energy of TTH and flowing in the depths and banging my head to Floyd🤘 Def whiplash. I want to hear the drummer take the space left for him to SOLO!! I know it’s daunting and you’re a perfectionist (I can relate) but I can imagine even if it’s not perfect the marriage of your talent and the mystery would be PHENOMENAL! TY for bringing the musicccc. Lots of dark energy in the crowd but we kept it going🔥 See ya at The Drake!

Great venue. Very intimate place for the music and stories these 2 friends shared with us. Sat in the way back but had no problems.

We greatly enjoyed the show. Grace is a highly talented performer with a charming personality. She really swings on the sax and has a great jazz voice. She did a nice combination of her own compositions and well know jazz favorites with her own flair. Show started a little late and ended a bit early. Would have appreciated a longer show but liked what we got.

Robbie Fulkes opening act was very good. Bromberg was his usual entertaining self. Only complaint is that it was to short, about an hour and a half. Venue was very nice.

What an amazing concert! Jimmy Vaughn and the band played over two hours and were absolutely fantastic! The two songs he dedicated to his brother were outstanding and touching! Highly recommend this tour and venue!

Richard Marx performs the most amazing concerts. He is unbelievably talented. I remember listening to him when I was younger, and I’m thrilled that I finally got to see him again.

The show was a combination of a southern blues concert and a revivalist event! JJ Grey & Mofro transport their audience to a small club on the edge of a southern swamp. Must see!!

I finally made it to Infinity Hall. Cool venue, nice open wood floor. The stars on the big curtain were dim compared to the ones on stage. Sawyer Fredericks posesses, and more impressively shares, his "infinite" talent time and time again, but since words don't teach, you should just check out BandsInTown and go experience what I mean.

Over the top. Had to pinch myself to believe I was seeing 1/3 of rock‘n roll royalty. Strong, clear voice, wonderful harmonies (of course), CT’s own, fabulously talented Jeff Pevar on lead guitar... a magical night!!
